By far the worst place ever, I put 5 dollars into the machine to buy a race city card and I swiped to play the first game the machine was broken , so the attendant put my money back on my card BUT I went to play the second game after she handed my card back and when I swiped it , the card said embedded insufficient funds. after I seen that i immediately went and found the same lady . Where she then proceeded to tell me that I did play the game and I already used my points I adv no I did not and I want my money back . The lady continued to argue with me as if I swiped my card WHICH I DIDNT and at that point I adv they need to watch the cameras and give me the manager of the building . EVEN THE manger told me to lower my voice after HIS EMPLOYEE argued with me and I was already frustrated . Then proceeded to swipe my card and it said insufficient funds . No apology not I’m sorry let me makes the right just “oh I’ll swipe it again for you” I adv no , I would like my money back at this point . Then I asked for corporates number and they told me they didn’t have one when I asked to speak to someone else they didn’t have one . Is not about the 5 dollars for the game card it’s the employees willingness to argue with someone who puts money in your pockets and also keeps this business running . Never again
