I am currently staying at Comfort Inn from 2/25 - 2/27. The toilet was clogged and I spoke with Rene at 923 pm on 2/25 and requested to have maintenance come and unclogged the toilet. I was told that there is no maintenance available and I had to come to the front desk to get the plumber and unclogged the toilet myself. I told Rene I spent $141 night and I should not have to unclogged toilet and that it was not sanitary for me to touch plumber that everyone has use. She told me that she can not leave the front desk and it was nothing she can do. She did not offer my a different or any type of refund to due the situation. This is situation is not sanitary and not acceptableBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/04/05) */ Good afternoon, I Renee' Dunnigan was not the one the guest spoke with the night she informed the Front Desk. The guest use my name and I was not at Comfort Suites. Found out about this the next day. Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/04/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) That is correct Renee was not the person I spoke to that night. Employee provided a manager name but I thought that was the employee name. I feel I should be compensated more than $28. I feel it should be at least $100. I had to up to front desk twice before anyone will come to unclogged the toilet.
