    They have a "No Worries" warranty which isn't worth the paper it's printed on. I purchased 3 UR90 IR receivers, all but one worked. The one that worked has a 3-foot range. Digitrax support told me this is normal. When I asked how this is beneficial over a 3-foot cable, they hung up on me. I also have a EVOX starter set. The handheld buttons stick, and the controller soemtimes wont send commands to the $350 locomotive. This resulted in a serious crash, and I had to rebuild the front of the model. I sent the controller in, but they returned it to me saying nothing was wrong with it.

    On 02/16/22 I purchased Digitrax SDXN14K4 sound decoder for my newly purchased Kato FEF-3 UP838 from The Western Depot. Worked great for the first couple of weeks. Then in the middle of a curve, it just stopped. Swapped back to the factory board and back running with no problems. Put Digitrax sound decoder back in and nothing. On 04/06/22 I sent the decoder to Digitrax for "No Worries" warranty repair or replacement. Upon receiving the decoder back, I reinstalled the decoder in UP838 and nothing. Swapped out decoders with a friends FEF-3 UP8444. His decoder worked in UP838 but mine did not work in UP8444. Tried using multiple addresses and two different controllers with no luck. So, on 06/13/22 I sent the decoder back to Digitrax, for the second time. This time I put a small pencil make on the underside near their "OK" stamp. When I got the same decoder back I installed it in UP838, nothing I tried worked. As I still had UP8444 I decided to try the decoder in that locomotive, nothing... As Digitrax is not BBB accredited, I am filing this complaint just so fellow buyers know what to expect should they choose to buy Digitrax products.
