I just feel like everyone working here is completely clueless. I had the wrong policy on my house for 2 years and was unaware that it was the wrong policy until I ran into some problems and my home wasn't covered... I had to pay $18000 out of pocket to repair my kitchen. when I decided to go to a different agency and thry reviewed all my documents sure enough the policy that was on my house wasnt the correct policy for the structure of my home. Little simple task they are unable to do! I requested to get my insurance canceled on June 22nd I called them ************* to get it done and it wasn't done finally on July 14 I! just had enough i literally had to stay on the phone with ******* to make sure he canceled my insurance. He did it via email but when I contacted my insurance I was told it is not supposed to be done via email it's supposed to be done by mail so I am still on hold smh
