      I appreciate the quality of products I get from the BoxyCharm and Icon boxes. I’m not a fan of the Glam Bag because I don’t like the small (deluxe) sizes. There are some great deals in add ons. The best time for add on deals, imo, is immediately following customization! For May 2025, I was able to get the Natasha Denona Bronze palette for $12, a $69 value and a Pat McGrath Mothership XI palette for $50, a $128 value!

      They changed my order passed the cancel date then told me I have no choice but to except the order even though it hasn't shipped yet. It's almost $40 canadian The orginal shipment had high end products the switch was to a bunch of low end products with non recognizable brands.They ofter me $5 that's literally all the would ofter me.. what a joke 100% don't use them.

      Terrible company offers one price and then adds another price. And after canceling was sent out. I disputed charge on my debit card and they told and they said that they sent me the merchandise. And that dates, will you find it me? And that's not true.

      Ipsy una empresa muy seria y comprometida con sus clientes, se me perdio un paquete y contacte con servicio al cliente y me atendieron muy rapido, gestionaron mi inconveniente y en una semana estaba recibiendo mi pedido. Agradezco el buen servicio al cliente y me encantan los productos que he recibido cada mes.

      My experience has been extremely disappointing these last two months and Im pretty sure this month coming in as well. I can already tell my box is going to be missing because the shipping wont update like the other two times when the boxes go missing they end up sending you just random stuff because everything is sold out and the random stuff end up being extremely disappointing. I feel ignored when I reach out to somebody They will respond and say the box is coming and it isnt.

      Ipsy is a company that is great with customer service. They do an excellent job keeping you updated, the communications are helpful and friendly. Twice I have had missing items but they resolved this instantly, immediately sending replacement items. I highly recommend their monthly subscriptions!

      I love this company. Ive been a member for three years and there is a reason for that. The products are too notch but their customer service is awesome. Anytime I reach out for anything, theyre on it and have an answer/response within 24 hours. I dont think Ill ever not be a member.

      I have been subscribed to Ipsy for a bit over a year now. And every time I've had any sort of issues whether it be a lost/stolen package, damaged item or app issues, their customer service reps have resolved each and every situation within one or two emails. They are very understanding and go above and beyond. Also, to be able to have access to high end skin care at the very low price of approx. $34 a month, is insane. 5 full size products plus the option to add on other products(full size or deluxe mini) at extremely low prices has been a lifesaver. I can't show my appreciation enough. Such a cool program. Thank you Ipsy and everyone that has helped me with any of my issues along the way!

      Ipsy GlamBag is typically a flop for me and not worth the subscription. Typically send things in literally MICRO Sample instead of typical “Sample” sizing you can buy via Sephora, Ulta, etc. Personal experience is that I do not receive things based off the preferences. Typically, there is 1 item, maybe 2 (on a good day) I would be interested in using, the rest remains in the bag. HOWEVER, BoxyCharm Box.. I have tremendous success with. I normally receive items based on the quiz. Typically only receive 1 or 2 items that I give away or save to gift as a birthday or Christmas gift & able to do so because of it being full-size instead of being discarded or left on a shelf forgotten about. 100% recommend the box over the GlamBag. Product & Pricing is absolutely worth it compared to the Bag subscription. Very few items based on quiz, WAY less product, unable to gift or give away, products you do want to try or use is typically only enough for 1-3 days “sample” and not worth the money or time.
