    Worst company ever!! DERMAL MD They sent me defective and expired items, they asked for these items to be returned back to them with a tracking number via **** for a full refund. These products were sealed and never used or open. Items were returned (paid by customer) and Dermal MD confirmed receipt of delivery via support @ ************************** Refund never received, after they confirmed a refund would take place. This process has taken months and still no resolution in place. Do not buy from this low level, mediocre, fraudulent company and definitely do not trust any of these cosmetic items unless you want expired creams, total misrepresentation of their website descriptions.

    I had a positiive experience using the Intimate Serum. Not only did it provide a noticeable improvement in my complexion, but I also found that it was easy to apply and had no adverse effects on *********** overall confidence has increased due to the improved appearance of my intimate areas. I highly recommend this to anyone with hyperpigmentation

    I ordered almost two weeks ago after placing an order for 200 dollars worth of products from this company. I have tried every way to contact them including messenger and the support email provided. -not a single response and still no order confirmation or tracking number. I somehow found a number associated with this company and have been trying that as well but again no response. I have never had such a bad experience with an online purchase. its disappointing as its advertised as if medical professionals are the owners of this company. i am now out ***************************** even a response from this company.

    I placed an order on 2/18/23 and paid ***** for 2 items. I never received the order and sent 5 emails asking for the status of the order with no reply to date. I have ordered from this company before and received the items even though every time I had to reach out for the tracking. I beliieve this company would benefit from wasted time replying to emails if they had automated tracking numbers and confirmation send out to customers.As of today 3/12 almost a month later no reply or items received. The website states **** business days. Very disappointing!

    The website stated money back 100% guaranteed theres no customer service phone number to speak with someone and when purchased there was no tracking or communication. The product was not what I had expected.
