Re: Vaginal Tightening Serum I sent an email to the company that the item's consistency is like glue and therefore could not be used with a dropper. I received an email that I should "warm" the bottle first since it could have been "exposed to extreme conditions during shipping". That did not work. I used the product anyway and experienced extreme burning in my nether parts until the next day. My concern was that the item was expired or from a bad batch. I reported it to the company by email and they have failed to address the issue.TImeline:Reached out on 1/31/25 @ 2:22pm to let them know the liquid was too thick and asked for advice on how to use.They responded on 2/1/25 @ 10:25am advising me to warm the bottle and shake before using (not possible).Reached out again on 2/1/25 @ 8:52 pm to let them know it was burning.Reached out again on 2/1/25 @ 9:52 pm to enquire what was in the formulation.Reached out again on 2/3/25 @ 10:58 pm asking for a response to my emails.Received a response on 2/4/25 @ 9:15 am. I had purchased some tighten gel for $58 from the website on July 20th. I received the product a few days later. The product did not work the way that I thought it would work and I had issues with it. On their website, it states that they will do a 100% refund and thats why I decided to purchase the product because there are times where products do not work or they cause issues with me. I emailed the company to get the instructions on how to return the product and get a refund because of the issue of it not working and the experience I had. They emailed me back stating that they do not do refunds on used products. I showed them a screenshot of their site and informed them that it does not show only if the product is unused. I followed up on my email because the 48 hours response window was running out for them. They replied with the same email. I told them that their site is misleading because there is no information stating only on unused products but everything on their site you would have to use to see if it works. I ordered from this company and spent $60 on a product on 4/1. I received a confirmation email with a tracking number, but no order number. It has now been 20 days and I have not received any update on the shipping since label printed and that was on the 3rd. I emailed the support email a week ago around 4/12 and received nothing. I emailed again today and contacted their messenger portal and have not gotten any support. Im starting to believe all of the reviews on the site are completely fabricated and this is a scam site. It claims 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but I cant even receive an update on my order, let alone try it. Very frustrating seeing my hard earned money be wasted. Very disappointed.Business Response

I paid $78 on August 28th for a product. I never received a confirmation notice but did receive a shipping confirmation on 08/30 stating my order shipped. I still have not received the product. I'm continuing to receive regular spam comments on my blog promoting dermal md's products. I've told the company to stop their spammy practice but they've ignored me, and now I'm getting 3+ comments a day throughout my blog from them.
