      I sent books and dvds back, they issued a refund then said I owed them. Seriously if you refund and I have receipts where all products were sent and received, they owe me the money. They owe me a refund of down payment books

      I placed an order in July on books. There was a mix up on one order and the rep was supposed to cancel one book, but instead duplicated another book. I made a return with a total of three books, one that was supposed to be canceled, another book that the rep added to my order, and I needed to return another book, not realizing two subjects were in that same book. I was told that they would reimburse me on some shipping since it was their fault. They received my order on July 23 with a confirmation email I still have. I have called numerous times and keep getting told it is processing. I have asked for a manager and I was told one would call me, which still to this day no one has called. I am trying to get a refund on the books I sent back and did everything was told. I would also like to reimburse for some of the shipping from their mistake.

      Ordered the full homeschool kit with DVDs (august 16 order date, September 6 start date). Nearly one month from order and no sign of the DVDs, only an offer of streaming services. We live in an area with horrible internet so that is not an option. I would have gone with a different curriculum had I known we would never get the DVDs. Impossible to talk to a supervisor, you constantly get shuffled around and strung along. I am now having to totally teach my child, which would have been fine if I had ordered the kit that required that and was 1/3 of the cost of the non existent DVDs. If you can't handle the demand, don't take the orders! Simple as that. Don't advertise specific start dates if that is not feasible for your customers! We are now weeks behind normal school scheduling because abeka has not fulfilled their end of the bargain.

      I ordered in July, paid fully. It is now September and I still have not received anything although they had no problem taking the full payment in July. Apparently there was a technical glitch that says awaiting book export (I've literally spent hours on the phone figuring this out) and that's all it came to. I was told by two agents it would be escalated and fixed immediately just to wait and literally have nothing done. I have been lied to by multiple agents, hung up on... and I'm at my whits end. Had I not done the program before I would have NOTHING to do with this organization.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/09/21) */ This issues was due to an IT glitch in our system, unfortunately, where the order was not communicated from our system to the warehouse. When it was brought to our attention, we contacted IT for resolution and the books were shipped out the same day. We regret this happened and apologize for the inconvenience.

      I received an email from Abeka on 8/18/21 @ 926pm offering a 5% discount. I called customer service and was informed I only had 24 hrs to use the coupon which the coupon states LIMITED TIME. It does not state 24 hrs. I would like Abeka to follow its own Christian beliefs and honor the 5% coupon and an additional 5% for the inconvenience. I've attached a copy of my purchase.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/09/21) */ This was a 24 hour promotion that the customer did not take advantage of in time. We cannot offer a promotion that has expired. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/09/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The email never stated 24 hours. How can you expect your customers to assume how long a promotion is for? Sad that as fellow believers, Abeka would practice such dishonest measures. Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2021/09/27) */ My supervisor applied the credit for the 5% on the account today, 9/27. He called the customer, but she did not answer so he left a voicemail. We will try again this afternoon.
