Tamara has given me the run around for almost a month on my extended warranty refund. I had a total loss accident and my insurance has been paid, now waiting on my warranty to be refunded and then my GAP insurance will close out my account. I have less than 60 days left but running out of time and still have to pay for a car that I no longer have. She is never in, won't return my emails now, and I think dodging my phone calls.

In April 2023 I was in a car accident. I called alfa romeo of penscola to do my repairs I spoke with Marcus an he gave a date to bring my car in. Which was may18. My insurance adjuster tells me that the shop is not connected with the dealership I'm yes it is I called the romeo shop an they gave me the appointment. He like no its not, but the ppl in their network said that is the shop to bring cars like that to ok cool. I drove my car down to Florida with no problems. That's was a 4hr drive no lights are code was on the vehicle. I spoke with Steve at gross an son the last week of Aug they received all their money, but some code came on I'm like wat do tht mean. It have to go to the dealership ok. I call the dealership an speak with Craig he tells me that I have a 100 cars in front of me I'm like really. Ok so he got me in the first week of Sept. Then Craig left me 2 voice mail telling me the car was ready. Then he called me on Sept 7 telling me they bringing the car back to gross&son I'm like ok im going out of town so I'll call them to see if my dad can pick up the vehicle. Talk to them an they said yes. I get off the plane call them to make sure everything was ok they said the lights came back on. I'm like ok what do that even mean they like we have to escalate the problem. Meaning goin back an forwarded with someone in Italy. So when is the car goin to be ready. They can't even give me a date. I talk the alfa romeo claims to see if I can get a rental car cause they don't know how to turn the lights off an can't give me a date. They said no causes it was cause by the body shop I'm like thts the shop yall gave if I've went to tx when the bodyshop is on site I probably wouldn't be having this problem. This wat I get for buying a luxury vehicle tht I kno nothing abt. I will be going back to Mercedes. How yall can't turn lights off yall own vehicles. How Noone at yall dealership can't fix their on vehicle. Sept18 makes 4months I have been without a vehicle.

I had repairs completed here in January of 2022. After a low speed collision my steering rack needed replaced so I scheduled and appointment and had repairs completed. In December of 2022 I got up to take my kids to school and upon starting the car there was no power steering and every warning light on the dash was illuminated. Since I manage a small car lot with a shop I decided to bring the car to my office to scan it and see also to perform a visual inspection to see if there was any obvious damage. Upon inspection I found two issues. 1. The underbody splash guard was never installed back by the tech at Alfa Romeo Pensacola. 2. The technician did not correctly install all parts of that steering rack. I contacted the service dept. and was told to bring the car to be diagnosed. I brought the car on the 28th of December. After months of calling to get a status I was finally told the car was complete. I arrived on the 8th of April after driving over 100 miles to the dealer only to be told that my car is not ready and cannot be driven in it's current state. The service manager was not working that day and I eventually spoke with Jeff Thompson. After explaining all of the details to Mr. Thompson I was assured that the car would be taken care of and he even went as far as to offer to have the car delivered to me and to "do something extra to make up for their missteps." That was 12 days ago. Today I was contacted and told that if I want to know what it will take to have the car fully repaired then I would need to pay the dealer $362 dollars. They have had my car for 16 weeks. Since the 8th I've been told that they have been working to figure out what the last issue is, but obviously that is not true since they now want to charge two hours of diag time to actually tell me what the issue is.
