Here’s to aspen dental, So my wife went and had a full top plate done she had her plate for one month and the teeth started falling out, and was at the Douglasville Georgia location! Went back they supposedly made repairs put the teeth back in! fast-forward six months and the plate cracked in between the front two teeth all the way to the back in half! two months later the repair that they made broke again, and they brought us in and made another repair! and now a year later, they cracked again, and they were repaired in the Statesboro, Georgia office! so fast-forward again, two months, they have broken again, and are considered unrepairable by Aspen dental and their office manager! And the warranty on this $8000 plate is still active, but does not cover the plate for replacement! So now they are asking for us to spend another $3000 and some change to replace them! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless it is a situation of finances! Their warranty is garbage most of the people that work. They seem like they have been trained to bullshit you!

Twice my wife went for scheduled appointments at the Elizabethtown, KY Aspen and when she arrived they told her she was not in the system and they wouldn’t see her. We spend $4000.00 out of pocket on dental and all we got is a partial that keeps breaking.

I went to the Crestview Florida office for upper partial. Found out today my account has been turned over to collections. Although, they receive the amount due, cashed the check on October 4, 2024 but cannot find out where the payment was applied. My account has been escalated for the 4th time today. I am told it is being researched but I believe that in the last 5 months they cannot find the money or that they are even working on finding it. I even gave them the check #. Calling corporate billing number is of no use. I got hung up on the first 2 calls I made today. I am ready to find me an attorney at this point!

I had my teeth extracted in January 2923 and had denture implants which are the worst ever. I cannot eat with the dentures at all. The pain has been tremendous…especially the bottom dentures. The top ones rock and do Not snap in correctly. The bottom ones only have 2 posts as the other 2 were not properly installed and came out when they were revealed. I have had at least 6 sets made and I still cannot eat. When I made this decision, they said you will be completely satisfied or you will get your money back. I had my latest appointment In late December and was told since I was going to Florida for the winter, I could go to an Aspen dental in Florida if I still could not eat. Their respite’s, you will have to pay $177 up front. I have already paid 29,000 less 4,00 because the 2 implants didn’t work. What a ripoff!!!

They told me I have periodontal disease and I have found several other reviews, Reddit threads, and Facebook groups, saying the exact same situation happened to them. They begin with an X-ray for the first checkup then the second appointment the hygienist (not dentist) began picking around in my teeth without explaining why and proceeds to tell me I have periodontal disease. I have never had a cavity, I floss 2-3x a day and brush my teeth 2-3x a day. I was then pressured to make a decision directly after being told this to reschedule for a $3,000 procedure over the course of the next 3-4 months. They offered me financial plans and the lady at the desk even told me she had the procedure done! I then called my husband to discuss it with him and he luckily said to wait and we’ll think about it; then as I was leaving he proceeded to send me DOZENS of reviews on this EXACT SITUATION happening to dozens of other people!! They have multiple class action lawsuits against them and are not to be trusted and should be entirely put out of business!!

We moved our care to Aspen knowing my Insurance MetLife will cover the cleaning and X ray since we did not pay anything from our previous dentist. To my surprised, after the visit , we had found out that they are charging us all kinds of problem like gingivitis that never had the issue before and extra charge for electric toothbrush that when I reviewed the billing statement , I did not agree to buy it . Aspen will add extra service that you need to check before paying anything even the procedure that it is not done yet , they will include it in our bills . For the patients who are looking for the dentist, Please, be aware of this company since they will charge you a lot without knowing it unless you will review the statement before you will agree to it ..

Thought they were the best until it was time for me to go back for my permanent comfilyte dentures. After I paid my portion of $700 AFTER insurance paid. I lost my lowers, broke my uppers… They are trying to make me pay for new uppers. Said I only got comfilytes on lower. Confirmed with my insurance company today , They are lying and pissed because now they’re ultimately doing work that they’ve already been paid for and trying to make me pay again. This is beyond a complaint it has messed with my mental health I haven’t had my full dentures in almost 2 months because of the widespread appointments, I am seeking an attorney at this point. DO NOT GO THERE! Christine at the Aspen Dental in Manchester NH is a scammer. This company scammed me good. Made me pay for my root canal and crown up front on care credit card. And i have dental insurance. They billed my insurance, after the fact. Told me i would get approx $1200.00 refunded to my care credit card. She lied and only gave me $672.30 Then she told my wife that was all that i was getting back! I waited over 2 months to get reimbursed. They pocketed the rest of the insurance money. SCAMMERS!!

Went to aspen dental in oregon. Was due to have surgery. When through everything showed up, but the surgeon refused treatment because I took my prescription anixty meds before hand. Which I had been told was okay. The Dr. came in to the lobby to discuss my treatment and mental health with others clients and staff as well, he told me taking my medicine was the same as being drunk or high.Like HIPPA wasn't even a thing. When I made a complaint all they could talk about was getting me back in not the fact that I had lost trust or that the Dr. was out of line. Fast forward 1 week I'm at a new dentist, and that office called over to have my records sent over so they wouldn't have charge me for more xrays and they were unprofessional and hung up. They did not send my xrays. After that last insulting situation where they wouldn't even send my xrays so I could receive care my wife and I are looking into what kind of legal action we can take. Stay away from aspen dental.
