Would be less if possible! Went in concerning upper teeth. Dentist recommended pulling all teeth in my mouth and getting dentures pending implants. I have been to them 10 times with 1 cancellation due to being in hospital. Have told them over and over again that the dentures don't fit properly. They schedule me and then don't listen or fix problem. This last time they told me that I wasn't approved for implants, didn't let me know til now and told me I owed them money as well as paying care credit. No reason given for non approval. I can't find a number to file a corporate complaint. I haven't been able to eat steak, chicken or the like in over a year. The bottom teeth weren't giving me problems and didn't need pulling! They performed unnecessary procedures based upon a lie. So no working dentures, no implants and out 1000's of dollars. I'd sue but not sure if I sue this branch or corporate.Aspen Dental Response

PURE FRUSTRATION! Full extraction on April 29, 2024. Lower dentures DO NOT COME CLOSE TO FITTING MY MOUTH! Can not chew, swallow food or even speak! The pain is unbearable! I have returned 5 times for their so-called "Adjustments" and the merely make things worse! They tell me to "Get over it"! They have no problem stealing $13,000 dollars from me though! I went to aspen dental in conroe with a cracked front tooth found out didn't except my insurance I have work up done told my total dental work up was 9000 dollars I was approved by care credit have work done received a partial along with fillings. I pay over 300 a month to care credit. Have not had all the work done. They charged me a additional 400 plus on fillings that I was told several times was part of the additional 9000 charge I have tried to talk to them. They never respond to my calls and now have turned me over to collections I paid 9000 up front for my dental work I am not paying anymore!Aspen Dental Response

Aspen Dental in Tyler ripped me off for almost $7000. I have absolutely nothing to show for this. My Implant is loose, it has been tightened 4 times and replaced 2 times. My upper denture has broken in half 3 times. The 3rd time I was out of town and tried to fix it myself. When I got back and went in and told them that I needed a new set, and they told me they would do nothing because I invalidated my warranty by trying to fix them myself. They are very new and should not have broken 3X's in less than 6 months. Not only that they messed up my temp dentures and they couldn't be used at all so now I don't have any upper teeth.Aspen Dental Response

Still waiting... Dec. 10th-ish, 2023 I put on my last weekly Motto clear retainers. Nov. 17 discussed a refinement pair b/c I am unhappy with my end result. Dr. said- give a couple days to discuss it w the lab. I also wanted to know how much I owed them. They couldn't get it straight till the end. Nov. 30, I called, had to leave a message. Dec.4, I called again, refused to leave a message. I called Feedback Line & Corporate Customer Service to try to change locations. Spoke w nice Manager Jasmine (Pace ) about my problem. She texted unnamed at my location to get a call back. No use. Dec. 8, AGAIN I call, mgr not in (of course), but my Mottos are in production, 1-2 weeks. Dec. 22, yup. I called agin. Britney (?) said, it'll be another week or 2. Jan. 3, 2024 I had a cleaning. SURPRISE Mgr. said I needed to pay $819 in full before leaving, BUT Im still waiting on my MOTTO's. I said, Ive been waiting for someone to let me know, but damn a heads up would've been a bit helpful, a Phone Call would've been nice. Its Jan. 31, 2024. Im wearing my weekly pair from Nov. 10, 2024 with holes for over 2 months. Ive told them Im very unhappy, don't trust them. Good times!Aspen Dental Response

I went to the McHenry IL location. This was the worst service I've had at any business in my life. The dentist, specifically, had the worst bed side manner. Before even starting he said, "I don't like what I see here" I didn't even see his face, but once because when he spoke with me, it was behind the chair and I couldn't see him. He didn't address the issue that brought me in, but talked about all sorts of other things. When I called him out on it, he continued to talk about other "problems" then finally addressed my concerns. They came up with a dental plan, not itemized, for a cost of $10,000 out of pocket, with insurance. Tried to get me to get their care card or whatever. I was able to leave unscathed, but I will never return to an aspen dental again. EVER. DON'T go.Aspen Dental Response

Aspen Dental Brunswick, GA - I went for an adjustment to my snap on dentures in Sept 2023 and I am being charged $100 for that visit due to my Dentist is no longer there and this charge was for having to see new Doctor....It was not my fault the other Dentist is no longer there!!! Absolutely unethical business. Pure robbery. I broke a tooth and unfortunately Aspen Dental was the only place that had availability ( in understand now why). Within 5 seconds the dentist determined I needed an implant and a deep cleaning and presented me an estimate of $4500 out of pocket. I knew this was BS so decided not to accept this and waited 2 weeks so I could see a real professional dentist. The said an implant was absolutely absurd and no deep cleaning was required either. Collected $718 from us. We cancelled the appointment to come back to our home town to have the work done. It’s been a month and still no refund. This is for the Aspen dental in Destin Florida. They hang up on you. Tell you a different story every time. Terrible customer service and billing practices. They want your money upfront but they say it could take 90 days to start a refund.
