      Been with them since 2015 and don’t want to see someone new get hurt by them, Family Care physicians and staff are outright deceitful in their test ordering practices that the patients themselves request. They bill your insurance for a whole lot of unnecessary test that do not require pre-authorization and literally lie about having submitted orders for imaging that patients desperately need, Not only do they blame insurances for the problem but they will in turn blame one another. This is an ongoing problem. I sat and watched them lying to patience’s by scheduling appointments with a doctor that doesn’t exist any longer and the poor patients won’t know until they come back in and find out the hard way that they really don’t have an appointment Zero! Zero accountability with the entire staff, doctor and Nurses. They are all very sweet and polite but all very dishonest. Dishonesty on this level can only be explained by terrible leadership of the administration but I see that they are all complicit and none are bound by a Hippocratic Oath, not even the doctor.

      Went there for a filling that needed to be replaced. They would not replace it and told me I needed a root canal or extraction. Since I couldn't pay for a root canal I chose extraction. Their earliest "emergency" opening was 02/09/2023. It's currently June of 2022. They gave me an antibiotic mouthwash prescription and a prescription for 14 pills of ibuprofen with codeine. I was to take 1 every 8 hours so I don't know why they prescribed 14. Now as of this date I have spent the entire week trying to get a refill prescription sent to my pharmacy. They won't even acknowledge all of the calls, emails, or faxes I have sent them.
