Brought 2019 Ram in for Power steering locking up, engine sputtering, and steering wheel grinding three times. 1st time got “we reset the sensor” without addressing sputtering and grinding. Tobias service mgr identified the sputtering when i picked it up and told me to bring it back in.(i had to have the truck due to a trip). 2nd time because steering locked while driving on the interstate Tobias said “have it towed to us and I’ll get it taken care of immediately”. Truck sat on the lot for 4 days because he told nobody and the response from service person was “we had no idea why it was here and there’s no appointment on the books”. 11 days later it was blamed on tie rod ends so they replaced and tried charging me full price like I didn’t have warranty. The next week steering locked up again and engine still sputtering and steering wheel grinding. Service Dir Paul said they’ve done everything and I can take it somewhere else. Despite multiple attempts to speak to the general manager, all I get is passed off to everyone but the GM. Was given the number to the relationship manager, Brandy Pastor, to give my story to, but she hung up mid-call because Tobias was reading over her shoulder and told her to hang up. Then Tobias told everyone in the dealership that all of my calls go directly to him as directed by the GM (per Brandy Taylor). Don’t fall for the lie that they care, or that this relationship manager type person does anything for you, it’s a sham. She literally hung up while I was telling her my story. Come to find out the GM Miles Bentley was aware the whole time but chose not to address anything until all of this fighting to charge me for everything took place. After months of fighting the GM finally called acting fed up and said to bring the truck in and they’d take care of it and pay for it like they should all along. Ram customer care, stated to them that the OWNER has insisted not to work on my vehicle going forward. The absolute worst leadership

We regret that the customer remains dissatisfied with their experience at Hill Kelly Dodge in December 2022. It’s unfortunate that our numerous responses—both directly to the customer and on various social media platforms over the past two years—have not brought closure. While we seem to have reached an impasse, we sincerely wish him the best in finding satisfactory service elsewhere.

This place is a complete scam. I took my vehicle because I have warranty with fidelity and they overcharged me triple times. I was only suppose to pay $100 deductible and the work to my vehicle was paid for. However I end up paying $3,200 to get my vehicle back because they said no one was paying for the cleanup fee and labor fidelity paid over 4k along with my $3,200 so they charged me for a rental car that clearly states loaner vehicle or courtesy vehicle. There are so many complaints that they are price gouging and scamming people with high prices. I ask for a price for 2 light bulbs on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the quoted price was $700 and for front brakes $1,575 they need to be reported because this is unacceptable and I will not stop until I get people to stay away from this place because they do not honor vehicle warranties at all. Customer service is horrible they made me paid cash for taxes that was added to my total this place is nothing but a scam and they are scamming the elder so stay away from this place if you don't want to be scammed. I should have taken my vehicle to Allen Turner but Hill Kelly wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee if I didn't let them do the work and I already knew what the problem was. I ask what's the price for the diagnostic fee and it was $1,100 wow omg wow this is ridiculous how could they get away with this please help me stop these crooks they should not be in business if you have to scam customers to pay your employees and lot fees this is so uncool and I am boiling because I had to make a decision to pay my carnote or pay the balance because hill Kelly sent me a letter saying I have 10 days before they place a mechanic lien on my vehicle. And the vehicle was paid but they charged me rental car fees I will never in my life step foot back on that lot period and I recommend anyone who is thinking about using them don't do it I promise you will think me later. Just look at all the negative reviews and issues people have..

The vehicle was delivered to the dealership on April 17, 2024, and the customer was put into a rental vehicle with a clearly defined rental contract on the same day. The customer was kept informed of progress on the vehicle’s diagnosis and warranty coverage limits for the repair and rental costs. Despite attempts to communicate with him, he did not approve repairs that were not warranty until May 15, 2024, and he continued to keep the rental. He was informed that the repair was complete on May 29, 2024, but he did not return the rental until June 10, 2024 (neglecting vehicle check in and leaving the rental on our lot with the keys in the vehicle.) On July 3, 2024, our Fixed Operations Director met with the customer and discussed his utilizing Dignifi financing as we could not keep his vehicle for close to 5 months while he made payments to satisfy his balance.

Bought a used vehicle 6 months ago and purchased extended warranty. We broke down twice while on vacation. Engine failure both times. This past week when it broke down paid extra to have it towed back to hill Kelly. They have had it for a week, told me the issue and that they would call the warranty to get repair done. After not hearing anything I called back and now am being told because it’s not on Dodge they don’t have the right tools to work on it. Weird cause sales manager i spoke with last weekend said right off that any dealership can work on that vehicle. Spoke to Kathy Rogan Saturday in person and via text she never said they couldn’t work on it. Feel like they sold me a bad vehicle and trying to get rid of us now. If you call in the dealership, you wasting your time they just put you on hold. When we broke down they put us on hold, so after a while we hung up and called back. Then I guess they saw our number so they didn’t pick up anymore. I have already contacted a lawyer. I need a solution now and a truck that runs properly and is dependable!!!!! I am paying a lot for this truck that has so far failed. I went to a dealership thinking I would get quality service. Not once have got that. If I hadn’t liked the truck so much I wouldn’t have even bought it cause from day 1 the salesman acted like he didn’t care if we bought a vehicle or not. Acted like he was doing us a favor. This is just an awful experience and I’m so disappointed.

Service department is terrible. Had to schedule an appointment for warranty service. Was told they may need the truck for 24-48 hrs depending on parts availability. Was called later they day confirming what was wrong and that the part was in stock and I may get it back later that day. They tried to up sell me on lots of other services that I didn't want. The next afternoon, I called to check on the status because I hadn't heard back from them. After the rep checked with the technician I was told that I may get it back sometime next week! Why am I making an appointment? Seems like I was pushed to the back of the line because they couldn't up sell the work being done. This is my work truck and puts me out of business waiting. I was then told that 24-48 hrs was only for diagnosis. Not what I was initially told. Terrible mismanagement of their work and scheduling. Terrible misrepresentation. I would have repaired it myself and gotten back to work if I had any idea Hill Kelly was this bad at service.

We would like to express gratitude for the feedback as this helps us to incorporate changes that can help with turnaround time. The standard time given for a diagnosis for repair is 24-48 hours. The repair would require additional time that is dependent upon multiple variables. We apologize for any inconvenience that this caused.

It all started on December 19th, when we took our 2013 Dodge Dart to Hill Kelly in Pensacola. We had concerns about a lot of issues and they said they would fix them. We get a call saying that the car would run like new and that it would cost $2,500. We were told we could get our car mid January that was untrue our car was not “fixed” until February 7th. Immediately after driving off our RPM is still spiking and the car smells like burning oil, We see that our O-Ring needed to be replaced so we did and that stops the oil, no problem. 3 weeks go by, the car completely stops moving. We call Hill Kelly and let them know and a few days later we tow the car up there. The day of Hill Kelly getting the vehicle we receive a call stating they have no prior history of my vehicle when i brought it back in December. They then stated that it was brought to “Auto Nation” at this point i’m confused and so is the man on the phone mind you I have never heard of Auto Nation and was NEVER informed of them bringing my car to Auto Nation. The man calling from Hill Kelly says to let him do some more research and he will call us back later that day, he did not. We search Auto Nation out of curiosity and confusion and it is a mechanic very close to Hill Kelly. They did not call until the next day and informed us it was the “clutch” in our automatic vehicle and it would cost us almost $3,750. He was very rude and short with us, he didnt want to help AT ALL even though this is a problem they were supposed to find when they had the vehicle for TWO MONTHS. Putting another $4000 down would be $6,500 in total spent at hill kelly for simple fixes the clutch replacement is $400 for the part and only an hour fix. They charge 3-4x more than anywhere else. I’m completely unsatisfied, I've been lied to, cheated out of my money, they cleared codes to unfixed problems which could be extremely dangerous. Do better Hill Kelly.

I experienced steering wheel shaking on occasion in my 2011 Chrysler Town & Country in April 2022 and took it to Hill Kelly in Pensacola for an in-depth evaluation of the front end. A rep later phoned me and said that it needed a complete brake replacement for $3,000 (rounded) and needed a new rim for $1,000 (the driver-side front wheel was "bent."). I declined, and soon after picking up my vehicle, the steering wheel vibration started again. Once home, I put a meat thermometer to the brake rotors and found that the passenger-side front rotor was 80 deg. higher than the others. I took the vehicle to a local tire and brake repair company, and they ran a computer test and found that the rim in question was fine. They replaced the front brakes and a "crimped" brake line for just over $500. The rear brakes had only 7,000 miles on them and were fine. After putting 1,700 trouble-free miles on the van, I wrote in early June to the general manager at Hill Kelly. I have not received a response. I can only surmise that the service department's egregious behavior was because at the time I had an out-of-state plate on my vehicle. It could also be profiling of seniors.
