      Paid Freedie Watkins aka Rusty, to have a above ground pool installed. In the amount 5900.00, service's have not been honored. He will not return phone calls or texts and did not keep his promise. Two months and still no pool or Freddie. Shame on you.

      I have tried to contact numerous times on my liner replacement that is warranty issue i was told he had the liner and would come around and put sump pump in to drain the water out and has been a no show or no call since . i have even went to his address listed for the business and left a card with his daughter and wife to give me a call about the problem with no response .We came to water all over our back yard Thursday afternoon to which put another temporary fix on this until we can get the situation fixed. Its a shame he did a great job at install and i even referred him on other projects. i even reached out to again today before taking this step i feel he good guy but just terrible at communication.
