The date of service was 2/23/2023. We paid for our septic to be pumped and the cost was 383.00 for up to 1000 gallons. Our septic is 500 total . They only pumped half of it and it was over flowing two days later. We tried to tell them that our septic has two compartments that is 250 gallons in each and you have to pump out both and he said it wouldn’t matter and still only did half. We called them and said that it wasn’t pumped all the way and wanted us to pay them yet again to come back out. The job wasn’t done the first time. They insulted us and refused to finish the job. We’ve wasted our money.

I'm having a house built. Extreme Septic is the sub-contractor for the septic system. The new septic system, for the home, is within a couple of feet of a 70-foot water oak with a large trunk. This new septic system is doomed to fail as the tree roots invade the leach field in the coming years. When the septic system was installed @2 weeks ago, the back hoe removed a large section of the tree's root system. On the opposite side of the tree from the way the tree is leaning. Thus, destabilizing the tree at its base. This is a very large tree. It is endangering the home next door. I have consulted with a tree expert. He has stated that a 35 or 40 mph wind could blow down the tree in its present damaged state. There is a storm headed into the gulf this weekend. Large trees have invasive root systems. These roots cause septic systems to fail. ( If the tree does not fall on the house next door first.) Thus setting me up for a very costly repair or replacement in the future.

Extreme and my builder are removing the tree. So everything has been addressed and worked out.

Talking to the building inspector he said "That Extreme did a great job and even did more than was required (beefing up the system) at no extra charge"

Date of repair was 4-28-22. We had our drain field dug up and replaced, and we paid an additional $3,840 for sod to be installed. It was a total of 12 pallets of sod. It appears that about 1-2 pallets were dead when they brought them out and installed them. I have called and expressed my concern, I have emailed their representative Jonathan **** who seems to make light of the situation and very unresponsive. I have provided pictures to them, and asked them to come look for themselves. The sod has greened up very well for the most part, but there are several dead areas of sod, and about half of the side of my yard is nothing but weeds growing from the sod that was laid. All I am asking for is to bring out sod that hasn't sat on a pallet too long in it's decomposition state, (installing basically dead sod) and replace it with good, live sod, so that it looks like I spent $3840 on sod.

Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/08/12) */ In response to the customer ( ***** and Sam ***** ) complaint #XXXXXXXX. I received a complaint from the customer several weeks after the sod was installed that she had some bare spots in different areas of the yard. We contacted our landscaping crew and they did an evaluation of the site. As to whether or not we did not respond to the customer, nor the BBB complaint, that is absolutely false. We did respond to the customer and send a crew from Xtreme Landscaping to do an inspection of the sod. As to what Xtreme Landscaping's inspection and remedy, I was not notified of what their evaluation was. Consumer Response /* (3000, 18, 2022/08/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I don't accept this response. They claim they sent someone out to evaluate my concerns, but they were never back on my property picked up by either of my exterior cameras. Never being found on my cameras on my property, along with the fact that they have NEVER reached out to me regarding this matter, forces me to not be able to accept this response. When you send a crew out to evaluate a concern, it seems like they would report back to their superior with their findings, and that certainly is not the case here. Instead, this was allowed to fall through the cracks due to negligence on their part. I have emails that I can provide to prove my statements. Mr. **** seems to be more concerned with selling me more sod to cover some additional areas of my yard that Xtreme was not obligated to cover, but also admits that his people left our property taking some of the sod that we purchased from them, without laying it on the ground, where is was purchased to be installed. I never mentioned anything to Mr. **** about the areas of my yard that was not covered with sod by Xtreme, so why was that his concern when I made contact with Xtreme about a complaint? I emailed to complain about the quality of the sod, and you try to sell me more. Mr. **** stated he would personally visit the property, but did not. This is why I do not accept their response. Nobody has visited, evaluated or been concerned. Maybe they have proof that can prove that they have in fact veen here to evaluate... Like a dated report and some pictures maybe? With that info, I could certainly review camera footage to see they were here doing an evaluation. Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2022/08/15) */ That is not the truth, I was not concerned at all with selling more sod. I was concerned with getting them good customer service. I simply asked her if there were any "additional" areas she wanted to be covered and her husband called and said he wanted more sod to cover (at an additional cost) on the disturbed areas from the septic install. I did not do a visit as I was instructed by Kenny ( General Manager ) to have Xtreme Landscaping do the re-inspection and according to Allen, they did their evaluation and only found that there were a few areas of brown grass that were brown due to not being watered. Additionally, just because no one was ever "picked up on security cameras" does not mean that someone did not evaluate the concerns. Reach out to Allen at Xtreme Landscapes on that one. She did reach out to me about the concerns, and I did not say that I would "personally visit the site" I said that I would look into it if Xtreme Landscapes couldn't provide me with an action plan. Allen told me they were taking care of it and that is the last that I have heard. Additionally, I also asked her what would make her happy and she refused to give me a satisfactory plan of action. Consumer Response /* (4200, 22, 2022/08/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Mr. ******* statement is false. I have uploaded 2 screenshots of my first email to Mr. **** and his first response back to me to review for verification
