    This company made 2 service calls to my home. I was not present, contractors lockbox on the home. The initial visit I was charged $158 to deinstall a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher & water filter. Fair price. Second service call to reinstall only the faucet, disposal & water filter $557! I asked the plumber, over the phone, before the second service call, how much the reinstall would cost me and he told me “maybe a few hundred more than the original service call.”If that’s the case than the total I would have and should have been billed was $358. That would have been fair. Their labor is $150/hr. Based on how long service took and with parts I calculated I was over charged by $265. Buyer BEWARE -XTREME bills you a flat rate whether they are there that long or not. Bad business. When I contacted the owner to voice my concern at how much I was charged, I was told, “you signed the estimate.” Basically if you agree to pay their outrageous prices and sign off they are going to charge you that whether the work takes that long or not. They don’t bill on work or time performed, they throw out a number and if you sign it, you pay it. I was under the impression the price quoted over the phone was exactly that an ESTIMATE, so it was the MOST I would be billed, if it didn’t take them 5 hours than I’m not billed for 5 hours. They quoted me over $600 to install (3) bathroom faucets. No I did NOT use them to install the bath faucets. I used a better plumber that charged $225. These people are CROOKS! Do NOT USE THEM!

    Knew it was coming. Quoted the exact price she was charged. She is lying about the price change. Called a month later to dispute the price. Check out our reviews on Facebook and Google for honest feedback. She just wants the work done for free, lovely.
