On August 16th 2023 I Went Into My Storage Unit It Was Locked For Non-payment I Went Into The Office And Spoke With The Manager And Made An Agreement. I Was Already Planning To Move Out Of The Storage Unit But With The Mixed Up Date I Had Ran One Day Late On Emptying My Storage Unit So On The 15th When I I asked the manager if she would prorate and just charge me for one day into the new month and I would have all my stuff out by midnight the next day. She told me that she couldn't prorate but what she would do was charge me for the whole new month and if I had all my stuff cleaned out by midnight the next day she would issue a refund I had all my stuff cleaned out by the next day and I never got a refund. I was charged 83.20 and refunded 0.00 . I waited 2 weeks then tried to contact with no response. So I waited another week and still no response up till this point I have not got a reply or response one single time from any of the employees or management at storage KingBusiness response

Customer did not actually move out of the unit until August 25.2023. When we found unit vacant on 8/25/23, he had left a large futon in the unit. I moved him out the same day and did NOT charge him the $150.00 clean out fee. I have attached the move out receipt and refund of $20.43 as well as other receipts for the customer. Customer's complaint is not valid.
Also apologies for late response I have been out with the Flu.

Aaron ****The futon that was left there was the only thing in the unit I work nights and was asleep all day the dad moved out and had only the futon to move out when I came back they said I had till midnight that day that I moved out when I came back at 10:00 to move my stuff out the unit was already locked with a lock from storage King on it so I had to wait to move out the futon so it's never given the time they told me I could have to move my stuff out and I was never refunded anything

Customer was found sleeping in unit. We had several complaints that he and his girlfriend was living in the unit. Refund was processed through our system in the amount mentioned before. Gate access hours are from 6am - 10pm daily.
