      On 9/7/2021 i paid $500 to Enterprise Capital/Mylon M. I was promised guaranteed financing and equipment inspection for a semi truck of my choice, and that it was refundable if i didn't receive a truck. After agreeing on a specific truck, we were unable to come to an agreement about the price of service. I was told that i needed to pay another $1,000 in order to continue. The charges from Enterprise Capital rose from a "refundable" payment of $149 to $500 to $1500. On 9/13/21 i confronted him about it, it turned into a verbal altercation and i was told that i'd just be refunded my money and i could "go and find my own truck", and i agreed. But i thought about it and the next day i called him to move past the misunderstanding and asked if we could just proceed. On 9/16/21 Mr. M. told me that he had sold the truck i was approved for and tried to force me to buy a different one. On 9/17/21 i declined and asked for a refund and was denied. He actually hung up the phone on me.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/08) */ Enterprise Capital was not aware that the customer wanted a refund. We have contacted the customer three times via phone and once via email in an attempt to resolve the complaint and issue a refund. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) No one has attempted to reach out to me, that is a lie. I have email evidence that i reached out to this company and no one ever responded. I'd love to see a copy of the email they supposedly sent. Their response is simply not true. I reached out to them before i contacted BBB, i only contacted BBB after a few days of getting no response from them. They never called or emailed. As a matter of fact, the last time i spoke to the representative and asked for the refund they promised to issue, he hung the phone up on me. They're the ones who are not answering calls or responding. I tried to contact a manager or supervisor through email, facebook messenger, and the call center and the best i got was someone taking down my name and number and promising to forward it to a supervisor but i never received any contact. I want my refund, you didn't do what you promised and ran off with my money. It's not right and it's not fair. If you would have provided the service you promised, i would've been happy paying you what you asked for ever though it was more than what i was told it would be. As you can see, these messages have no response from this company. I would like to see proof that they reached out to me in an attempt to issue a refund. IMG_8045 is the message i sent through gmail IMG_8047 is the message i sent to their facebook acct. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2021/10/20) */ This response was taken verbally by the BBB: At this time we do show that the business had reached out to me by phone through private number and to a different email then I normally use. We have spoken to the business and they stated they would be sending a letter to sign. At this time I have not received the paper work at this time.
