Thank you for your review, and I apologize for the issues you had after your oil change at our dealership. I have contacted the Annapolis dealership to find out what the problem was. A pin-sized hole in your oil filter caused the oil to drain out. This was a flaw with the filter, and we would not have known. I have left a message with the service manager that all Honda parts are covered under warranty. Your current dealer will need to submit the warranty claims per Honda directive.
