5 starsAlan’s AC did a full install of a new HVAC system in addition to adding new ductwork and vents. I cannot say enough about the kind, caring, quality work that these installers did today. It is rare to find people who work such a long, difficult job that can still find it possible to be kind to an elderly person both during and after completion. This team today went above and beyond even once the install was completed to do extra to make my mother feel secure regarding her new system. Thank you so much to Alan’s, and all three guys who were part of the install team today! 7/2024 Updated review: Alan's AC just installed a mini-split in a room that needed a little boost. Thank you so much for the care and professionalism of the team of installers (****** and ******) and a huge extra special thank you to Kleber for patiently answering the million texts/questions I asked prior to making a decision. 5 starsI have been so impressed by the care, concern & responsiveness of the Alan’s AC staff. During two service calls & the installation of a new central AC/heating unit, everyone has been so professional. And most recently for the annual service performed by ******* *******, he was very thorough and showed me before and after photos of the work he just completed at my home. It’s obvious Alan's employees are proud to be working for this company. As to value for the maintenance money you inves,I highly recommend Alan’s AC for your heating/cooling needs.Review fromGlenda H

Alans AC is historically the best company I have ever dealt with. They are prompt, professional and their customer ********************** is just so incredible! DO NOT use ALAN’S AC Alan's Air Conditioning ATT: Mr. Brian L**** this is how you run your business: Service order put in on Aug 31st here it is Sept 6th still I have no AC… I’ve already paid 400$ on a warranty item. Been told since Friday 3-4 days called on Tuesday Sept 5th cause they was no communication since Friday from your office. Then I was informed 3-4 business days… my option was on top of the 400 paying extra 175$ for a temporary replacement part. Are you serious? Then what happens to that replacement part you charge the next customer 175$ and use that one again. I feel as a customer and this being the place I bought the air conditioner unit from the replacement part should’ve been placed in there when I paid the $400 for the warranty part and until the warranty part came in your customer uses the replacement part that you’re going to take back at the end when you replace it with the warranty part. The only answer I got to why it’s so long. It’s because everyone is backed up. update: Today is Thursday it has now been 7 days since the first phone call. I was told yesterday Wednesday at 4:50pm someone would be at my house Thursday(today)9/7 between 8:15am-1:30pm get this.. we called the warehouses(2) they both had the part when we called the first time on Aug 31st. That part cost 60$ they charge 150$ for labor 85$ just to come out and tell what is wrong.. when we told them?? 12:37 now still on Thursday 9/7 just got a call the tech is running behind. He hasn’t even had lunch. While I haven’t really ate in 7 DAYS because of the heat I’m living in. Here it is 2:21 and Morgan just called to let me know NOW the techs tire is bad and he has to get a new tire. This is a joke of a company. Okay 4:25pm and Brandon just left my house (he has been the only decent human being through this whole experience) let’s wait and see if it’s really fixed.Alan's Air Conditioning Service, Inc.

We recommend this company so highly they were excellent and worked a full day installing two units for my family with no a/c for my handicapped daughter. It was one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Thanks so much for being there for us.Alan's Air Conditioning Service, Inc.

I have been a customer of Alan’s Air for almost 10 years. I had to have my entire system replaced and not only did they do an outstanding job , but the service crew stayed late ( around 10pm ) to make certain everything was working properly.. they definitely went above to call .. Since then I have had annual service calls and have gotten to know the people behind the seens. Everyone from the receptionist to the owner and I can tell you, they are all top notch folks with great core values. I highly recommend Alans Air conditioning for all you needsAlan's Air Conditioning Service, Inc.

Alans Air Conditioning was referred to me by a family member as I had just moved to ********** and didnt know who to call. I cant thank my cousin enough! ******* arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained to me in laymans terms, so even I could understand, exactly what was going on with my ac unit. He repaired it in a timely manner, and its been ************* ever since! Also, the cost of repair was much cheaper than I ever imagined it was going to be. I would highly recommend Alans Air to my friends and family, like my cousin did. They are wonderful people to contact if you are in need of any air conditioning issue you may have. In addition, I have an appointment in a few days for them to come out and clean my duct work. I found ****'s AC Service LLC in 2022 after I moved into a home that I was told was an inspected and working AC unit and it failed - I called the company that had installed it and had all of their stickers all over the unit was Price $$ gouging me so I sent them away and called ****'S AC and boy, that was the best call I made ! I have been extremely happy with their professionalism, their workers, their responsivnesss - well pretty much everything. They replaced my unit in Feb of 2022 and I signed up for the maintenance program to keep everything working great and it is a good reminder to clean your filters. Anyway, most recently, August of 2023, we returned late from being out of town and my air handler was pouring water out and my garage floor was flooded. I called Alans the next AM and they came out the same day! Turns out that both of our overflow float safety sensors had failed which they had never seen fail before. Our Tech was professional , quick and explained the diagnostics, the repair , and the charge clearly to my HVAC certified husband (his job 30 years ago) and everything is good now! Already referred friends and family to Alans especially promoted to my son, the value of the Maintenance service! (I am not receiving any special treatment due to this review)Alan's Air Conditioning Service, Inc.

I cannot stop bragging on ************** Conditioning! ***, the service manager, came out to my house and cleaned out my AC as it wasn't cooling properly. He helped me change my air filter and recommended a specific type of filter to help my AC cool better. Not only was Mat friendly, but he worked efficiently and timely. The cost was suitable for the work involved in my opinion. I am grateful to have found ****'s AC and that they were willing to travel out to Riverview to service my AC unit! Highly recommend them to my friends and family!Alan's Air Conditioning Service, Inc.
