We used them for moving into our home ,they damaged our TV and broke the power cord to our recliner and the put pin holes in our new freezer which was only 5 months old I have been trying to get some to call me since Nov, I have put a claim in but no one will return my emails or even call me I have sent 17 emails and I called today and was give a number that is suppose to belong to the Manger named ****** but either his phone hasn't been paid or he doesn't work there anymore I called 5 times today and no answer. This treatment that I'm getting is unexceptable. I have even sent a message to the owner of the company *********************** and also sent a message to ************************* and still no answer. I will never use this company ever again now I'm with out a tv and can't use my recliner and the freezer is usable but it was brand new. I would like to get this resolved. I have pictures of the damage I also sent them pictures of the damage. The TV when we turned it on was all colors and you could see the damage on the side of it. I have had to borrow a TV from my daughter. I have no receipts except my claim number which is ******* and my confirmation number for my service was *******Customer response

On Thursday Dec 22,2022 College Hunks came to move six items from one home to another (same property) in this move the front of my refrigerator was dented in on a large portion of **************. I was contacted by text from an employee that offered me $99. *** called several times to the corporate number but each time they were unable to contact the franchise owner. I called again a was given the cell of Trent **** (owner/operator) left messages and no return calls. I called the main number again to be told since each place was independently owned, I would have to speak to him. He is not returning my calls. The total price was almost 500.Initial Complaint

The movers broke a 70 inch TV. They said it was because of the suspension on their truck. It was broken at the bottom right leg which caused the screen to crack. Management will not even take my call.
