This account was created without my permission. Yes, they have my name they have my birthdate they have my address and my card on file they claimed they use PayPal I dont even have PayPal. I asked them to tell me if this dental plan had even been use, which it has not, which is purely because to use any kind of dental plan you probably have to show ID and whoever created this couldnt produce my identification. I told him that this was fraudulently done and then Ive been trying to reach out to them since I noticed the charge on my account and they said that they only allow 30 day refund well Ive been emailing them and nobody ever responds only for them to tell me today that they dont monitor their email. You can only call him what a bunch of bull. I sat on the Lady telling her items at this up and shes like well you did because I have your information has this idiot never heard of identity theft?! The supervisor. Her name was ****** she was of no help told her I was filing a complaint against them and specifically mentioning her name. She said she would cancel the account but she cant guarantee me a refund. This is c*** you cannot legally charge somebodys credit card when they are telling you that they didnt permit it. I dont care if you have my name my birthdate my address how do you think identity theft is created by people stealing your name your address your birthdate your whole identity this idiot didnt seem to grasp that concept Im writing to you to try and get some help as they are refusing me a refund and God knows if theyll even cancel the **** account I didnt create this account. I have my own dental plan. This plan is never even been used they need to refund me immediately. This was done fraudulently which means it is illegal to make me pay for something that I didnt authorize not to mention its never even been use. Give me back my money

I am rejecting this response because: my bank was unable to find the refund based on the information provided.

I will be disputing the transaction (complete amount) through the payment system but it may be failing as dental plans didn't send any confirmation as for the initialized refund. There is no written proof of how much they refunded me and I haven't get the documentation from their representative either.

      Sincerely,

I am writing to ask for your help. I have been trying to get a refund from Dentalplans.com for a couple of months without any resolution. The account was under ***********************-Five years ago, I was online searching plans for my husband and me. I evidently signed up and then didnt cancel in allotted time. I have been charged $219.00 each year for the last five years. I did not realize this because my son handles my bills. I am 67 and sometimes its overwhelming for me. I only figured it out two months ago, when I happened to see one of my credit card statements, from Dec 2022. I called them immediately and ******** was able to issue a credit of $219 for the most recent charge. She told me she would work with her manager and the finance **** to see if they could refund me the other 4 years that I was charged for. I did not use this plan at all and honestly didnt realize it was even active. In three separate phone calls,Ive talked to ********* then *******, and **** on the phone at dental plans. I got the same response its your money, we can see that youve never used this plan in the five years weve charged you, and you should go after your money. But, thats where it ends. All three told me that they were sending this over to their finance **** and someone should contact me in about ***** hours. No one has called me and there has been no refund of the remaining 4 years.Im just looking to get refunded for what I never used.Thank you for stepping in and I hope you can help me get this resolved quickly.Sincerely, *********************** ***********************************************************************************. ************ *********************

********* purchased the plan last year, when I realized that they do not have and dentists that honor the plan I immediately called and requested a refund. I was promised 7 - 10 business days, that never happened. Now they took funds from my account again, promised a refund again, never happened, and claim the previous calls never happened. They are a total scam, their plan does not offer any value and they're advertising is all lies. It's only $440 stolen from me to date, but if they are taking advantage of a lot of people like myself this could be considered criminal behavior.

on 1/18/23 called to cancel. said i could only cancel if, i provided the original phone number and email address i used to sign up years ago. have been with dental savings for years and my numbers have changed many times--as i explained to the operator. again said that was the only way to cancel. asked for a supervisor and was told they would tell me the same thing. then i remembered i have a new credit card number and told her so and said they could no longer access my money. unbelievably, they accessed my new card for more than $150. isn't this illegal?i want to be cancelled and to receive my money back. I'm a senior and my insurance is now covering a lot of my expenses. do not need dental plans. can they do this until i die?

I went to dentist to be evaluated for partial dentures. The cost was high they suggested this company that would help with deduction in cost. I call and got the plan which was $139 dollars, and was told I could get another year for $61 dollars which I signed up for.My appointment for the dentist was not until January. I had a dental plan thru my ******** which started this year. The dental office told me I could not use the Aetna plan because it would be two plans and I could only use one. They advised me to cancel the Aetna.I called Aetna and they would only cancel the $61 dollars. I asked for half payment of the $139 dollars because I have not used the plan. I was waiting to use it this month, but they would not. It has only been a month and a half. They said I had 30 days to cancel. How would I know I could not use the plan without seeing the dentist.I have tried several times to cancel with ****** payment or full payment. I feel as though I have been taken or seems like a scam in business practice.

I was charged ****** for a membership with this business on June 6, 2022. I responded "no" to an email asking if I wanted to renew the plan prior to this transaction. It's your fault for not calling us, the corporate representative that I spoke with said. I didn't realize I needed to call because I thought I had already said no in the email. She acknowledged over the phone that I had declined the renewal, but she clarified that this only applied to early renewals, not those that occurred automatically. It asked me about a renewal, which I didn't want to do, so I clicked no, thinking I was done with the firm. They then bombarded me with a million emails using suggestive wording. She didn't want to lend a hand. not wanting to see if the membership has been used. Even while I was explaining my predicament to her, she got really hostile. I just saw the transaction because they used a card that I don't use anymore. I merely desired the recovery of my money.

I contacted the company several times with no response.I have discovered that I am being charged three times a month for one plan. My account is debited $14.95 in twice in a row each month and $13.95 again in the same month. That is three charges in one month. I do not know why or how this is allowed to happen but it needs to be corrected immediately and I should be reimbursed for the two extra charges. I am a senior on a fixed income and CANNOT afford this type of mistake. I am inclined to cancel any and all plans with this company unless the issue is resolved. This is totally unfair to me and should NOT be happening. Then I see a message that my plan has expired. I now want to cancel any plans I have with this company. I also want to be reimbursed for the extra charges.

I purchased a plan in February of this year, 2022 and when I had to use it, it was great. In July of this year, I got a job and in October, my full time benefits went into effect, including dental insurance. Upon viewing their website, it said in order to cancel a plan I would have to contact their customer service team to put in a cancelation request. I had also read on their website that "a member is eligible to receive a pro-rated refund only if a membership is canceled by dentalplans.com," so I was calling the number to have them cancel my plan. Using the number on the back of my card, I called to have them cancel my current plan and cancel the auto-renewing next year. The customer service rep initially pushed back when I requested to cancel, telling me I should keep it as a supplement. I rejected this because my job offers really good insurance. She informed me that she went ahead and processed my cancelation request and let me know that I can use my plan until March 2023 when it will expire. Once again, I let her know that I already have really good dental insurance, so I do NOT need to use this plan. I asked about this pro-rated refund and she informed me that it's only if dentalplans.com cancels your membership if the plan selected no longer is available or something along those lines. I feel as though if there are strict stipulations, they should clearly be outlined on their website, and this wording I feel is misleading to consumers, myself included.
