    I signed up for a 3 month special . I was asked if I wanted to pay for it up front so I did to prevent having a monthly payment . I was charged $450 plus a $75 annual fee that was never disclosed to me at the time of signing the contract. I checked my statements this morning and they are charging an unauthorized $150 For this month . I called to speak to someone and no one had the decency to return my call . I received a text message from , who I believe is the owner which I respectfully replied to and have not heard back . *** loved working out there but their failure to go in depth with you about what your fees are , how you go about ending your membership and miscellaneous charges have pushed me to seek a fitness journey elsewhere . I would just like my $150 charge reversed, membership canceled, and credit card info shredded so there are no future unauthorized charges .

    This could be a big lawsuit for you guys !! Yall offer a 7 day free trial but its not actually seven days youre advertising false information. The gym is closed on Sunday so regardless on what day somebody starts the seven day free trial they will only ever get six days and its consecutive you cant split them up so you guys should either stop misleading people with saying That its seven days free because its not or tell people its a 6 day free trail, or dont make the days consecutive! Its false information your advertising and it makes your company look like a liar ! And also its preposterous to have the days consecutive you should have it to where people can split them out because what if its someone whos never worked out a day in their life and after one work out they are extremely sore and tired and cant go back the next day and they end up missing one of their free days thats not fair the way youre advertising your free trial is totally wrong and its a lawsuit waiting to happen
