Horrible franchised gym if you have an issue. I joined the **************, ** West location in November of 2022. I suffered a back injury in early January and started on a 12 week chiropractor treatment to fix a misaligned disc and pinched nerve.Under VA State Law, I requested a refund for the remainder of my prepaid 6month membership. I provided a letter from my doctor of Chiropractor and was told it needed to be a medical doctor. I had my NP provide a letter and was told "it didn't give an end date". Who knows when an "end date" is for a back injury. They are clearly breaking the law with not providing a refund as the ** law states only "doctor" which chiropractors are, no mention of a "medical doctor".The franchise owner is stating people like me are hurting "small businesses". The location is far from capacity, I haven't been going to use any resources and I'm out $1,200 for my chiropractor care and they are crying poor? What a lousy place to ever be a member of if you have a relocation or injury that will require you to deal with them on a contract issue.STAY AWAY!

Worst company every! Yes theres ONE personal trainer for a clas of ***** people with completely different body types doing the same work outs. I ended up with 3 herniated discs on my lumbar spine, so I was unable to do a lot of the work outs they do. I spoke with a burn boot camp rep, sent her *************** medical paper work, and was told that my account would be suspended indefinitely, because of the medical papers I provided. A couple of months later. I get an email from the owner/partner saying that Ive never asked for the contract to be terminated. I thought the medical was self explanatory but I guess not. After telling her what about my account and medical history, she claims there was some miscommunication and would be willing to terminate my account for $218. Unfortunately my wallet was stolen that day so I canceled all of my cards and therefore the transaction got declined. She felt uncomfortable following through with terminating my account so she sent my account to collection. But not after attempting to take out $1,199 first. When I get the actual debt collection its for $1635. The amount of money thats paid to this place is NOT WORTH IT! The gym is cheaper! And you can target your own area problems. This is a scam.
