I will update if they resolve the isssues Very simple. I broke down and they sent a tow truck and towed my truck to Massey Yardley. I was expecting a 1000-1500 estimate on a broken part and labor. I got a call for a ********* estimate. I went right down there and I saw why they tried to charge me *********. MY TRUCKS ENTIRE FRONT END WAS DESTROYED ! FLUIDS LEAKING , BOTH FEONT TIRES AT 90 DEGREE ANGLES AND LEFT QUARTER PANEL DESTROYED AND BUMBER ALONG WITH EXTENSIVE DAMAGE. ITS BEEN A WEEK AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME !!!! To be fair I will update as soon as I get one !!!

On 7/26, I entrusted my vehicle to Massey-Yardley Dodge Chrysler Jeep for wiring repair. Despite repeated assurances that the issues would be addressed, the vehicle remained unserviceable. I experienced unresolved issues with my car, discriminated, and sexual harass. After being sexual harass by ***, **** did not listened to the cause of the visit. No Diagnostic test were ran. I contacted **** on multiple occasions to seek updates and resolution. However, I received a care-free request by *** (the harasser) to visit the dealership on 7/29 to speak with **** again. On 7/29, **** took possession of my vehicle once again to come back with an inadequate solution which would have cause me to pay additional labor cost. I request for a Supervisor and was told the Supervisor (Brain Blac) left for the day. Due to series of inadequate solution, I left the car at the dealership. Arrive on 7/30, I decided to part away with dealership after being Discriminated against, unheard, and sexual harass. The lack of effective communication and accountability has led to continued inconvenience and additional costs. The inappropriate behavior from ***. The individual made unwelcome comments and inappropriate advances which created a hostile environment and made me feel uncomfortable. *** continued to revictimize me by having my keys and make slide comments. **Drive fast passed this place.**

Right now my vehicle is at Massey Yardley and it's under dealership warranty; it's supposed to be covered. I will let you know if they are being dishonest. We know it's under warranty but they are bickering with my husband about it. We've called Jeep HQ and they are supposedly looking into it.My Jeep has been in their service for going on a month this week. My Jeep is a 2019 Jeep Wrangler and shouldn't be having any issues. It was barely driven as I bought it right before Covid hit. The last couple of years, it's to and from school and errands. We are getting conflicting comments but my husband knows vehicles. Will come back and write more about my vehicle when I get my Jeep back. They told my husband Thursday or Friday. My thing is this; are vehicle warranties scams...lets see if they honor it like they are supposed to; doesn't make sense to pay for one as part of your car payment and they don't honor it...To be continued

WARNING WARNING WARNING. DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM MASSEY THEY CANNOT GET MOPAR TO STAND BEHIND COVERED REPAIRS. I have a Life Time MOPAR Warranty (Contract ********) where Massey reported to MOPAR Vehicle Protection the need for a new transmission and an engine (valve) issue. With over 20 calls to MOPAR they tell you that you must get all of your information from the Dealership, Massey tells you "their is nothing we can do" that MOPAR will not respond to their emails or even call them. THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO? ISN'T CHRYSLER AND MOPAR THE SAME COMPANY? This went on for over two months even working with *****'s so called Supervisor getting the complete run around. When I hit over $2000 in rental car cost I was forced to sell the vehicle (major loss of trade-in value). Reading these other reviews this must be the Chrysler / MOPAR plan to delay, delay, and delay until you give up. You buy a Life Time Warranty from the dealership trying to protect your asset to find out it is all a scam. The finger pointing cost me thousands $.

Massey Yardley Jeep sold my wife **** (79 years old), a 2016 Chrysler 200 (with 41K plus miles) for $26K that is only valued at 13K . She doesn't drive, and she has paid $350 a month (plus $120 insurance) for 18 months and has put on only 100 miles (which I put on driving to dealership to get promised seat repairs (never happened) Also, it had a battery in it that got us home from the dealership, but never started again, so we had to buy a new battery on top of everything else. All of this is just criminal in my opinion, at the very least it is ELDERLY ABUSE of someone on a fixed income of $1,200 per month SS **** stars--0 stars

9 hours agoNEW As clich as it may be I cannot leave zero stars.Let me rectify this statement, the one star is for Salesman ***************** at the servicing center. Both absolute professionals with a caring and pleasant demeanor when attending to their clients.Everything else about the dealership is deplorable.Purchased my Jeep in July. Love my Jeep. Detest the fact that a week into owning it, the sun roof jammed leaving me to race home from work on 595 & the turnpike---my commute is from Hollywood to Sunrise. All while a menacing dark cloud loomed over head.My father so graciously came over, and duct taped three heavy duty trash bags over the sun roof. It rained that night. Thankfully, no moisture penetrated. Headed straight to the dealership the next morning. On the trip, the unforgiving wind lifted some of the tape off, so now it looks real ghetto driving the last 3 miles to the dealership while the garbage makes a very loud and obvious sound.Left my car for over a week. A week where I was provided a "courtesy" rental that I ended up paying $500 for. Dealership put in the order for the part. 6 months later no news. On previous calls the excuse I was given was that it was on back order, understandable. What is unfathomable is going back into the dealership and being treated like a crazy person, because apparently all the paperwork for the original work order had been disposed of and there was no record of a work order ever being placed. That was February now it's ***** Have I received all call regarding the matter? No.This dealership was a giant flag from the get go. The manager named **** saunters around the place like a old school mob type capable of shaking down a child for milk money. They forgot to collect my down payment upon signing, and honestly i forgot too with all the excitement of the purchase of my first car.Get a call from *** notifying me if the situation. Called her twice to make the payment. Left messages could not get through. **** ****
