DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I brought my ******* here because a hose came loose (see picture). They had my car for over 7 WEEKS. Told me my motor was good (I have video recording) and I needed a starter, battery and battery cable $940. ***** called and said car is fixed and ready to go. Pulled 15 feet out of parking lot and car died and motor started knocking. Picture included is my car sitting for at least 2 weeks outside, hood open and raining EVERY DAY. ******************* (service manager) claims that's how it was when I brought it in. ********************* (General Manager) ghosted me after blaming ME for the problems. All I asked for was a refund on my last service since they lied to me. If they told me the motor was hydrolocked, why would I replace a starter and battery? I've emailed the *** **** and of course, no response. The incompetence and lack of caring is very disturbing. Now, I will file a formal complaint with ********** of ********************** Services and *****************. Dispute all charges at the bank. Leave reviews whereever I can and tell my lawyer to file a lawsuit. This will cost them more than it would have. VERY ANGRY and this place should be held accountable. Consumer's need more protection from frauds like this. I recommend ****** ***** They were very professional!
