      I purchased a Health policy with these people ******* ******** at **************. on 12/11/24.The explained it was health insurance and I would get my paperwork within 7-10 Days with explanation of benefits. After several calls and talking to a **** at the above number he proceeded to keep sending my the same paperwork with no details of policy breakdown. I called back on 1/2/2024 and demanded to cancel the policy and **** continued to make it impossible to cancel finally he said he cancelled it but I probably wont get my refund. In my paperwork it states 30 day trial and money back so I requested a check be mailed to be ASAP. I think this company is a scam and **** was unrully.

      I was told I was buying major medical insurance, vision, and dental. When I received cards it said it was supplemental insurance not major medical. Fixed indemnity which I did not want and was not told that is what I was buying. Was told all of my ** are in network however there is not network bc it is not insurance. I even called LEOSOURCE multiple times and each person told me something different. So I called the number on the back of my ins card Claims/Eligibilty and that lady told me you dont have major medical you only have a group indemnity thats a supplement. The last call I made i requested cancellation about twenty five times he said fine Ill cancel you but no refund. I never used the insurance one time I never did anything but Im out ******. Leosource is crooked And lies I wrote everything down they told me on Oct 31 when I bought it and nothing they told me is true. Please do not do business with this crooked place

      I am rejecting this response because:

      You did not sell me insurance.  Your company literally blocked my phone number when I inquired about policy details. The detailed summary of my benefits you sent me was this dumb brochure attached in original complaint. Multiple other numbers I contacted trying to get information also ended up blocking me after providing zero information about whatever you tried to sell me. Look at all your reviews and other BBB complaints. I immediately reported this charge as fraudulent as well, due to the fraudulent nature of your company and whatever you are trying to sell.  You are a 100% scam, and a fraud.  I hope your criminal company blows up on your face and hope you go down with it.  You are a liar and a cheat.  And looking at the internet, everyone else has had the exact same experience.  I hope this complaint takes your BBB rating from a F to a F-.  Get a life and quit scamming people for a living.

      I had purchased this insurance policy on October ******* . I was on the impression the plan covered things that I needed. Turns out it doesn't. October 22, 2024 I called and canceled the plan. On the phone I was told i don't qualify for a refund. Do not trust this insurance group! They will tell you one thing and its a LIE! BEWARE, find someplace more trustworthy. ******* the person who sold me the insurance would not get on the phone with me. My wife lost her insurance so we needed it quickly and he took advantage of that situation. Stated we have a copay which is true but its only for 4 visits a yr and after that you pay contracted rate. Was told it was an a ppo through atena and 98% of doctors take, but of course some of my doctors are not covered

      I wish I would have never fell for this scam. They sold this as PPO insurance that could be used anywhere. Turns out it cant be used anywhere at all! I asked them to send me a list of doctors since they still insisted that I should be able to use it anywhere. Most insurance companies would be able to send you a list of their providers but no, they just googled doctors in my city and copied and pasted directly from ******. I called every single doctor on that list and not one single one took this fake insurance. Do not make the same mistake as me they are not giving me my money back and theyve charged me for two months . I paid over 1100 dollars for a flimsy fake insurance card. I want my money back and I want it back immediately. These people are praying on families that cant afford health insurance to begin with. I feel so taken advantage of and lied to. I wish I had read these reviews before ever dealing with these people.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I  am still waiting for a refund, I was sold insurance that I was told I can Use anywhere and in fact there is not one place I can use this at. Your list was in fact copy and pasted from ****** and I still Have it for proof. She didnt even edit out the blue arrows from the ****** map links. Also I called Every single doctors office on the list and not one single one takes this. So what exactly did I pay for? Please tell me how this is not a scam? Your list of doctors doesnt take your insurance? They havent even heard of it! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE!  They refuse to refund me and hang up on me. I PAID 1100 dollars for a fake insurance card. I will be contacting a lawyer.

      This complaint should not be closed as the company did in fact scam me out of 1100 dollars and only offered a refund when I  threatened to file a police report. They said they refunded it AND DID NOT. I just want my money back and to save others from falling for this scam insurance.

      I took out health insurance from Leosource on 29 July 2024. In the confirmation email sent by Leosource it stated that I could cancel within 30 days and get a full refund. Specifically their email states:"30-Day Free Look We want you to be happy with your coverage. If you find that youve purchased your plan in error or its just not the right plan for you, you can cancel your plan at anytime within 30 days and receive a full refund on all monies paid as long as you have not utilized the benefits and submitted a claim. Just give us a call and let us know how we can help!" On 24 August I called and emailed to cancel. The company has not provided the refund despite providing them with all the requested information.I would like a refund of the amount I paid upfront, which is $417.Thanks ******

      I purchased this supposed insurance on 8/15 after I lost my job. My husband is ill and we needed insurance. 5 days later we were approved for ********. I called on 8/20 and told them we now had ******** and to cancel my policy with them. I emailed my ******** # to them called again and they told me it was canceled. I also asked for a refund for the initial payment. Got nothing. On the 5th of September I received their cards in the mail so called again to make sure it was canceled. Was told nope because they needed a picture of my ******** card. So I sent that and they told me Ok now canceled over the phone. Then on September the 12th they took out another payment of $320.00. I called on the 13 about 20 times and they said they had never received any emails from me at all canceling the insurance. Talked to the supposed supervisor named ***** and she said no refund at all. This company is a rip off and very fraudulent.

      On Friday, April 19 2024, I called the number provided ************** to cancel my policy, as I was hired at a new job and no longer would be receiving healthcare allowance. I was asked a series of questions about why I was cancelling my policy and I was told that I would be receiving an email with confirmation details. No such email came and I have been charged monthly without my knowledge or *************, I called (for the third time) and I had a very similar conversation with a ***resentative who tried to get me to do anything but cancel this policy (a policy that I had already canceled months ago). After a few minutes of back and forth, she finally said what the last *** I spoke with said; that I would be receiving an confirmation email with cancellation details.I expect a refund for the money that I was charged without my consent, as this policy should have been cancelled upon my request five months ago. While I have, after three phone calls and an email) received cancellation emails for these policies, ***resentatives have ignored my request for reimbursement of money that was charged to my bank account without my consent, claiming that I never made the call in the first place. I do not appreciate the aggressive nature of the ***s that I've spoken with. I should not have to answer the same questions about my personal situation over and over again just to get this policy cancelled. I made it very clear that I no longer want their services on multiple occasions. This is a scam, pure and simple. I have been taken advantage of and robbed by these people.

      8/27/2024 - attempted to secure individual coverage and was lied to in what was actually covered. When accessing temp card - it identifies the insurance as BWA not Multiplan PPO.

      I had purchased this insurance policy on june 25, 2024. I was on the impression the plan covered things that I needed. Turns out it doesn't. June 26, 2024 I called and canceled the plan. On the phone i was told i was qualified for a refund that would take 2 weeks at most. I call today July 15, 2024 and they told me that I did not qualify for a refund and I wont be receiving it. If you were to listen to the recording of the conversation I had on July 26th you would here clear as day i will be issued a refund. Do not trust this insurance group! They will tell you one thing and its a LIE! BEWARE, find someplace more trustworthy.
