      Date of purchase: 5-17-2021 , sales quote #********, We ordered appliances through them as this is whom our builder used and they would hold appliances until home was finished. We had to pay in full for all items when order was placed. I was told in December per an email all items were received by them & in the warehouse for delivery except the stove and stove hood which would be in Jan, 7 2022. We we notified by the builder the store in ******** was not answering calls and thought to be closed. They did close and NEVER NOTIFIED **, I then call ******************** store in which they said we will honor and take care of your order. In October they did deliver part of the order. I asked where my stove and hood for stove was and they said it was still in the warehouse and they had to deliver another day. I called a week later to get a delivery date, they then said it was not in and would be in December 16, 2022. I said this has been on order since May of 2021, and I have an email saying it would be in last January. I don't believe you, and they said well it is true and we will have yours in December. I called last Friday to discuss delivery again and no answer. I also send an email &. no reply yet. I seen on line it now says this location is closed as well! I now believe they have closed and owe me for the Stove $3678.00, & $395.00, plus tax. for these two items we have not received and don't believe they will ever deliver! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY , CLOSING NEVER TELLING THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO DELIVER . NOT RETURNING CALLS, EMAILS ETC.

      Purchased GE refrigerator GBS22LBMAWW Serial ********, Customer # ******, sales order ******** SO, invoice *******, dated 10/13/21 . Item was purchased through Shoreline Builders, our contractor, and installed @ one month later. Also purchased a stove from them, and extended warranties for both. Had problems with the stove; took two months to get a repair person who came and told us we were ignorant and stove was fine. Complained until a second repairman arrived who fixed the stove (no it was not fine).Freezer began icing over and not making ice in January 2022. Have been trying to get it repaired ever since. Understand Monark closed; were never informed. The service warranty is with New Leaf, and we were told eventually that they'd taken over the accounts.We, along with the contractor, began trying to get service from New Leaf in mid-September; it's been three months now. Were told they couldn't find out account or that of the contractor. Provided documentation of order, were told it wasn't enough. Provided the invoice, were told it wasn't enough. Ice maker not working. If anything else goes wrong, we have no way to get service without hiring someone outside. We keep getting told it's "in process" and "I have not yet received an answer back from our back office in regards to the services requested on your Refrigerator. I have reached out to our Account Manager's for assistance to look into this, as Monark did not report your information at the time of purchasing."This is a scam; we're being given the runaround.

      After reading all of the other complaints people wrote, I feel blessed! In March of 2021, I ordered $36,000 worth of high end kitchen appliances. First the sales person left, then the substitute sales person left, then the manager left. I spent many hours on the phone with reps from Monark and from New York Minute (their delivery company) trying to get delivery, it took over a month to get the majority of my products two weeks later the refrigerator arrived on a Saturday (previously Saturdays were not even on the table). I paid for installation as well, but was told we aren't doing installations now. I am out about $3,000 plus for installation and airfare wasted because the delivery dates were not met. I would take them to court, but since the company has been sold to ****** I do not feel they are collectable. Do not even call this company, go to a reputable company!

      I purchased appliances and a 5 year extended warranty from Monark Appliances in June 2018. I now need service on my oven/mircrowave combo and all the locations are closed. I cannot reach anyone to get service that I paid $950 for.

      1) i paid for installation for my appliances, they told me they did not install at my location and would issue a refund it has been several months no refund. 2) after waiting over 6 months and many broken promises on when it would be here, they told me they would issue a refund within 7 business days no refund. They are also charging me a monthly plan i did not want they continue to ding my credit card i want a refund on those charges
