I clicked on a link thinking I was going to an online link for my children's school photos and little did I know it was actually an ad that i clicked on and not the kids order forms. I ended up signing up for this subscription that I cant find a link to cancel on. I tried to call the customer care number and leave a message but both state that they're unavailable currently. I now need to cancel my card and block it from the various names that the site gives because I signed up for Fanjestic, but the site says ****** and the company name in the footnotes savys TREED. So I dont even know exactly what to cancel.Initial Complaint

I made a mistake and subscribed to this company's service at an annual fee of $39.95. Their website clearly states "I no longer wish to continue. What should I do?We will be sorry to see you go but anytime you wish to end your subscription with us, just contact us via phone at *************** ****************, or shoot us an email at ******************* and we will be happy to walk you thru the process of canceling your account." I realized my mistake and contacted them via email on 9/17/2022, phone 10/21/2022, and a second email on 10/28/2022.I paid the first month (Sept) taking ownership of my mistake. However they have not honored my request to cancel my account and charged me another $39.95 on 10/21/2022. I phoned your customer service on 10/21/2022 about removing this charge and that did not happen. Please cancel my account and refund the $39.95 charge for October.Absolutely nothing has happened as they have still not honored by request.
