1 starTheir pillows are not refundable, no matter what the issue. I made the mistake of ordering from them for what I thought would be convenience, instead of going to the trouble of trying out pillows in a brick-and-mortar store. Now I'm out $250 for pillows that I can't use.Review fromBarbara M

1 starI ordered on Dec 28th and funds were paid to them by my bank on Dec 29th, 2023. I ordered 2 pillows. It is now 1 month later and I have yet to receive notice it has shipped nor received the shipment. Today, I sent an email to them asking for my shipment, but then I immediately received a notice: "Delivery has failed to these groups or recipients, mailbox is full, try again later". I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I'm trying to get used to the fact that they have stolen my money.Review fromCheryl N

1 starHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Boy I think I dodged a bullet by reading these. We bought a twin mattress years ago and I LOVE IT- however, now that we need a bigger one, I decided to take advantage of the constant $600 off advertisements I kept getting sent. I tried following the links and when I emailed asking why I was only given $500 off I was told the other sale was expired- sorry nothing they can do. I kept getting text messages and emails prompting me to buy with the $600 off! Hurry!! I would screenshot and email to customer service rep **** *** told me to hold my horse when I requested a call from a manager and maybe h*** see if he can contact one. They offered to give me an extra $100 after the fact after I made a $500 off purchase. I said no, because Id still be paying the tax on that $100 and I want my advertised $600 off. He told me ***** would call me. No, he didnt. When I called back, *** answered and I asked for ****** He told me he was on the phone and wouldnt be available for at least a few hours. I think ***** is a fictitious person. I informed *** that I dont recommend telling customers to hold their horses, its rude, and he said its up to me if I want to think its rude. Lol ok. I think he needs a ****** in manners. Hes been very bossy and rude on the phone and e-mail and now that Ive read so many horrible reviews on here and their store on Amazon, I can see why and that I would rather pay more money from a good company like Birch than take a chance with LFL. 1 starIf you do not buy their foundation, the warranty does not exist for their mattress. Their foundation is non-returnable. Their website doesnt say anything about nonrefundable, and the foundation does have a 10 year warranty. I open the foundation 40 days after I received the mattress because its non-returnable and it has a 10 year warranty and my husbands medical condition prohibited me from opening it until that time. The foundation is not like the one they listed online it has different cheaper fabric, and the slats were all broken in various ways, splintered, chips, cracks, bowed, some are not stable down properly to the bed system. Its a total rip off. I contacted them asking them to please refund it because I wouldnt want a replacement because the foundation is not as nice as was pictured online and I return the mattress which is crappy so I have no use for their foundation that wouldnt hold up a mattress. They told me that they would not replace the whole thing only some of the slats, and they would only refund me if I paid probably $200 to send it back to them and then theyll think about it. No you pay for it to be sent back. I have photos and everything available. If you look at my review on Reddit and message me, I will send all the proof of their ill dealings. They told me they would send a few replacement slats, however, the foundation does not have individual slats, if I tried to replace him, it would void the warranty because its a connected system thats constructed with fabric and ropes and staples. They have to send me a completely new foundation which would cost them as much as just refunding me. Not only that, but they tried to commit fraud. The policy for returning the mattress is that the first 30 days you will be charged $99 fee, they told me they nicely waive the fee, but charge me almost $400 to return it. No thanks! They also dont post reviews on their websites from actual customers because my reviews have not been posted.Review fromBrian D

1 starI ordered a pillow from them 4/26/23 and they charged my card immediately. On 5/4/23 I received an e-mail that my order was on the way and a ******* tracking number that contains no letters, pulls up no tracking and when I called ***** they know nothing of that number (I even know its not their format of numbers and letters. I contact "customer service" and they tell me "Looks like your pillow was not picked" and they'll follow up. No follow *** and no pillow delivered 17 days later. Checking their website still says my order is just "confirmed". At this point I file a dispute on the charge with my bank. I email LFR again asking for my pillow and they respond that they see there's an open dispute and can't send me a "replacement pillow" (You NEVER sent me one to need to be replaced!). I say send me my pillow and the dispute will be over. They now just say they won't do anything with an open dispute so we just have 2 mad cats in a stupid standoff. I'm not closing my dispute without my product or my bank resolving it with a permanent credit but I'm sure LFR is going to make this as difficult as possible. 1 starDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would leave no stars if that were a choice. 1 star is 1 star too many. Rude, useless customer service people. They repeat the same words over and over and do not waver from their script. So unhelpful. The mattress is very uncomfortable as is the topper. Apparently the topper can not be returned unbeknownst to us. We spoke with a customer service representative who never mentioned that fact. Customer service would not budge. They would not accept the topper back and a refund was completely out of the question. Couldn't get past the rep to a manager. Apparently they are all managers. And the 120 night return policy is bogus as well. You have to pay $100 to get the mattress picked up. Take pictures of the receipt the pick up company gives you and send it to the horrible customer service people to get a refund. Do not buy from this company. They are the worst!Review fromBridget M

1 starIf I could give no stars I would. They had me order one pillow to sample and see if I liked before ordering 2, which I did. After I received the first pillow I liked it and ordered a second one. That second one is HALF the thickness of the first one (my head hits the floor when I lay on it) and I reach out and informed them they sent me the wrong pillow. After several calls and emails back and forth they basically told me it IS the same pillow as it has the minimum required thickness of 3.5" and they will not send me a replacement or refund. They state "all latex is different" and repeat there no refund policy, despite their original statement "order 1 and if you like it you can order a second of the same item." ************ should be avoided at all costs, there are other places you can order a latex pillow from!
