    If I could give no stars I would. They had me order one pillow to sample and see if I liked before ordering 2, which I did. After I received the first pillow I liked it and ordered a second one. That second one is HALF the thickness of the first one (my head hits the floor when I lay on it) and I reach out and informed them they sent me the wrong pillow. After several calls and emails back and forth they basically told me it IS the same pillow as it has the minimum required thickness of 3.5" and they will not send me a replacement or refund. They state "all latex is different" and repeat there no refund policy, despite their original statement "order 1 and if you like it you can order a second of the same item." ************ should be avoided at all costs, there are other places you can order a latex pillow from!

    I recently bought a 2" topper from this company. While changing the sheets one day, I noticed the tag attached to the topper cover says "100% urethane"! This should not refer to the cover, which the *** claims is 100% organic cotton. So I figured it referred to the topper itself, which is supposed to be latex. I spoke with a rep on the phone, who was rude and kept arguing with me. Lady, I've lived long enough to know what urethane is.She asked me to send more photos (I'd already attached one to my email to their .com address.). After reading other reviews from customers who were requested to do the same, I'm not going to bother to send more photos. I'm going to write and ask for a full refund of the topper price. It's comfortable and the cover does.seem to be cotton, but I think the topper is not latex, or it would say that. I may not get satisfaction, but I'll feel better having done something.
