    The device worked fine, but after my mother died, the company has charged me over $300 for the device, even though I had returned it by verified mail, and now they are continuing to charge the monthly fee, and never respond when I leave messages with their operators. There is no customer service contact info other than the operators who say that they will pass the information on, but have no means of connecting me to a supervisor. How despicable that this company tries to rip people off when they are in the midst of their personal grief and loss.

    Believe the reviews...this place is a scam. They seemed okay when my mother's device was activated and were responsive to tests...but there is NO way to contact anyone but an answering service when you need to cancel your service. When I called to cancel, they said they would stop billing and that I should return the device, which I did (got the *** delivery confirmation to prove it). They didn't stop billing, and I had to put a hold on the account to prevent further billing. Then, they debited my account for $359 for "non-return of device" even though it was returned. Trying to get my money back from the bank as we speak. Stay away. Star FAR away.

    Upon reading other reviews, and seeing the BBB not accredited ratings. I feel this business is a scam. Very sad, that they take money for nothing from elderly people.On 7/20/22 called the number listed on website and got an answering service, saying *** would get back within 24 hours. Did not.On 7/22/22 went to bank where web initiated payment is drawn from. Bank officer called same number as above, giving the remote answering service a detailed message about the service no longer being needed, and that I wished to terminate service.On 7/25/22. *** Senior Medic debited my account for $359.00 pverdrafting my account. The normal monthly fee was $39.95.7/26/22. Went back to bank and told them of the large debit. We have put a hold on the account, and no further transactions will be honored to *** Senior Medic Alarm.This account was for my mother-in-law
