DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are ********! They tell you one price on the boat and you get an insane price in the mail a few weeks later. *** the owner is a complete piece of work when you try to communicate with him. The majority of their reviews are on this same issue and the company refuses to take accountability for its dishonest business practices. I guess when you produce a poor product you have to start ******** your customers.Review from Concerned C

I think you should have posted the response that was made from the company so people can read it. Was it not answered before? why would you post that they already answered it and not the response????I have dealt with this company multiple times and everything is CLEARLY written on the contract. People that complain obviously did not read their contract.A real shame people blame others for their mistakes!!!Review from Charles G

Do NOT do business with these crooks! I went fishing in ****** and caught a nice ******************, the boat captain recommended these guys. I went with his recommendation and was quoted $1,048 US, I paid a deposit of $463 which left a balance of $585. When it was time to pay my balance I was told I owed them $1,600 more dollars! And of now they are saying my deposit is not refundable when my receipt clearly shows a different price! They are intentionally scamming people!

I wish I could post ****************** contract. This would show that me responding to this customer review is a waste of time!
****************** contract clearly states that SHIPPING, CRATING, OR DELIVERIES NOT INCLUDED IN MOUNT PRICE. We list what crating charge will be. ************** can also do his own shipping, if he doesn't like our price. His fish needs to be shipped to ********, this cost money. If ************** wishes to ship on his own, we have no problem with that just needs to be shipped in a certain class freight, but without fail, his cost will be higher than our rate.
He is more than welcome to pick his fish up at our shop in *************, ******* for his mount price plus ************* sales tax, also listed on his contract.
His contract takes all of 18 seconds to read. Everything is listed in clear site and in BIG BOLD LETTERS!

Complete scam!! Everything about this place is a scam. I was priced out a fish mount in ****** and was told it would be a real fish mount. They then took the fish and said it would be mailed back to the US. Not the case the fish then was taken and sold at the fish market. I was told by the sales rep shipping fees would run 100 US dollars that was not true as well. Two weeks after we got back we were given ***** shipping bill and an additional ***** to do the mount. When we called the company the owner admitted they have problems and hear this all the time. I asked for a refund he refused. All they did was measure the fish. This company makes a living by lying and stealing and then hopping no one ever actually pays the remaining amount. If they do then they never send the replica any way. Read all the reviews online just do a simple web search. My mistake for not reading the reviews first. Wish I could leave negative starsAtlantic Taxidermy, Inc. Response
