  Area Scouts is a great concept but that's all. I made no $$$ with their camps. The marketing they did was a collosal failure on two occasions.. ***** tells all potential evaluators that they will do all the marketing and get kids. That's not true at all. They also did not remove my zip codes when I asked them to and had to have my bank cancel all transactions. This company is not honest and very suspect. I wasted at least $2500 and got nothing in return.

  Firstly, we want to clarify that we do not have any record of an individual registered under the name that posted this claim. This suggests that the review was most likely made from a fake account. 
  
  Unfortunately, due to our success, we have become a target for competitors and copycats who may be attempting to tarnish our reputation. We assure our clients that following the words of such individuals often leads nowhere productive. Its not uncommon to encounter people who spread negativity, especially when they see the hard work of others yielding success. We encourage individuals to come directly to us with any issues they may have.
  
  To be clear: Area Scouts is a software and solutions provider focused on helping coaches reduce injuries in athletes worldwide. We also help to facilitate partnerships and sponsorships, supporting coaches and evaluators as they network with athletes and their families within their local communities. We refer to this as a target athlete population. This involves completing a certification process for our programs, including our B.A.S.E. movement assessments, Strength and Conditioning, and specialized training designed for their specific target athlete population.
  
  Regarding the specific claim, its important to understand that building a brand, a following, and a successful program requires consistent marketing and engagement. If any individual, in any industry, thinks that a sample size of TWO campaigns is a final measurement of success, its safe to say, he/she was not meant to be a sports coach, of all things!
  
  Also, the target athlete populations that are assigned to the coaches and representatives by postal codes, which as a business we charge for, in order to cover our costs for support in these areas. These postal codes can be easily adjusted and/or canceled by the user directly through their dashboard at any time. This is the responsibility of the software user. However, a simple zoom call booking, or email can also handle this request.
  
  Today, Area Scouts proudly supports a global presence with over ***** coaches and representatives registered on the platform. Each coach collaborates with athletes under their own brand, as well as under the Area Scouts brand.
  
  As with any sports industry organization, we mostly attract dedicated individuals who are committed to making a positive impact in youth sports, most of whom have already achieved success doing so. However, there are always instances where a handful of individuals may not align with the mission and standards of Area Scouts. This can be due to a range of factors, such as failed background checks, discriminatory behavior, poor judgment, lack of dedication, or being influenced by others without substantiated evidence. Accountability is a cornerstone of our organization, with the safety and well-being of young athletes being our highest priority. 
  
  It is also important to note that we are not looking for coaches who disappear for extended periods and expect their marketing campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, branding, and community relationships to continue thriving without ongoing active participation. Any seasoned coach knows that these are special relationships formed between our coaches and their athletes, and this program requires a commitment to them.
  
  Given our rapid growth, maintaining high standards and stringent quality control is essential. Naturally, a small fraction of individuals may not meet these standards. For anyone wishing to discuss this specific claim further, our management team is available to arrange a meeting and provide any additional information.   Is 0 stars an option....To anyone that needs to hear thisIve been with AS since November of 2020 and was BASE certified in March of 21. Attended every weekly meeting to the point I was reciting what we were doing. We were promised camps and hundreds of athletes flowing into the platform. Nothing. I landed a signed agreement with one of the largest multi sport facilities in ************ and set up 4 of my own individual camps. Area Scouts literally did nothing to help me or promote my events. To this day I have made exactly $0 in my 4 years and instead have lost close to $5000 and countless hours from the trainings and meetings we used to have. I have been emailing *****, *****, ******* and even the generic contact us email address since January to cancel my subscription. ******* reached back to me initially to say she would put my account on hold as they were about to start BASE Mission. You would figure a company launching a new branch of their business would notify their **** when something new goes live. Well surprise, surprise there has not been one communication about anything related to BASE MISSION or AREA SCOUT in general. I have emailed 5-6 times further trying to get my subscription cancelled to no avail. Yet they have no problem continuing to take $35 a month from me. The only way to stop being charged is apparently to cancel my card, but I'm going to let them keep charging me against my will so I have receipts of what a deceitful "business" this is.Long story short, if youre reading this to perhaps join up RUN, dont be like me holding out hope for what is somewhere between a terribly run organization and a flat out Scam!If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to me on LinkedIN, I'm not that hard to find and if anyone from AS wants to contact me, I'm waiting...Best,***** T

  They sell a program several times to different people saying it is an exclusive program and later disappear. They don't reply email, text or calls back. they took my money and disappeared. This is a company used to scam people and take their money.

  After conducting a thorough investigation into the matter and receiving comprehensive reports from our management team, it has been conclusively determined that ***************************** violated several conditions of the Area Scouts TOS.
  
  To safeguard the well-being of the children involved in our program, Area Scouts mandates that its representatives adhere to the Area Scouts TOS.
  
  Area Scouts mandates that all coaches and representatives undergo certification through the Area Scouts Platform and our Sports Medicine Team. This certification process is conducted by the same team responsible for the inception of the ******** program in 2020.
  
  Area Scouts engages in contractual partnerships aimed at delivering athletes to our coaches and representatives, necessitating a certification process for both our movement assessments (********) and the Strength and Conditioning Program to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  
  With a global presence today, Area Scouts boasts a roster of over ***** coaches and representatives, each working with varying numbers of athletes on the platform. 
  
  As is customary in any industry, our organization attracts individuals motivated by a genuine desire to positively impact youth sports and who subsequently achieve remarkable success. 
  
  Regrettably, there have been instances where some individuals have failed to align with the organizational ethos and mission of Area Scouts due to various reasons, including but not limited to failed background checks, discriminatory behavior, lack of judgment, or simply insufficient dedication. Accountability is a fundamental ***** of our organization, with paramount emphasis placed on the safety and well-being of the children involved.
  
  Given our rapid growth, which has seen the registration of over ***** coaches and representatives, it is incumbent upon us to uphold stringent quality control measures when expanding our team. Consequently, as is customary in any industry, there exists a small fraction of individuals who fail to meet our mission and standards.
  
  ***************************** is currently suspended from working with any of our athletes. However, he is eligible for a review on May 15th, 2024. At that time, depending on the future actions of *****************************, we can provide several options to *****************************, including the opportunity to possibly re-instate his account, or simply opt to sign a licensing re-sale agreement, that will enable one of our other licensed evaluators to purchase that licensing from *****************************.
  
  At the end of the day, the safety of the athletes on our platform are paramount.
