    I Purchased a 2012 ****** NV 2500 van from KDs Aito Sale on 11/16/2023 I have not received the van as of date they tell me its in A auto repair shop and needs parts I called the repair shop and they say its not there at the shop and they think its in a Yard I called **** the owner of KDs auto to find out were the van is he does not answer the phone and the sales ***************** I tried to reach when I call. They say he is in a meeting or out for the day I been trying to get this van since 11/20/2023 and they wont give me a refund or the Van i believe this is a Scam

    December 14, 2023 I *********************, personally gave the owner of KDs auto sales ******************* $5000 cash for the purchase of a 2011 ***** Civic two-door. The owner ***** sold me this vehicle knowing that it had mechanical problems telling me the car had no mechanical problems he sent me to his mechanic and ******* to quote an estimate for my vehicle to be repaired KD auto sales would be responsible for the parts and the owners mechanic ***** is the owner. He said his mechanic would be making the repairs on the ***** and they would cover all the repairs come to find out they scam a lot of people and theyre doing the same thing to me not having any intent on repairing this vehicle that was sold to me with mechanical problems, I was lied to the dealership and theyre refusing to fix the car or give me my money back. ****, the owner also placed the lien on my vehicle after I paid him $5000 over the market value of the vehicle. The ***** was listed sold for $4800. I paid ***** cash the owner lied on the paperwork and about the condition of the vehicle I was sold. Im being taken advantage from this auto dealership and all of these men because Im a single woman. The owner tacked on extra monies to the vehicle, telling me that I was signing paperwork for my tag, and he lied, told me nobody would be seeing the paperwork but him and it wasnt to be used for anything because I paid in cash he didnt feel like changing the paperwork that he was in a rush. I bet he was in a rush. He was taking advantage of me stealing from me not planning on making good to fix his broken vehicle, he sold me with mechanical problems with airbag stuffed in the back of the vehicle defaults left unsafe. I was sold a car with mechanical problems thats illeageal. I told **** the owner he said he fix the car and lied to me they all abused me threatened me. They also had a 45 caliber sitting on their file cabinet and arms reach not kept a lockbox. Sincerely, *********************

    ********************* unfortunately is still lying about everything associated with this vehicle purchase. The ***** Civic that ********************* purchased was $5,900 plus tax,tag,title. **** put $4,800 Down and financed the rest, she thought she could get away with not paying the balance and it didn't work in her favor. I have audio & video recording along with ALL docs signed by her if anyone would like to see them. ********************* was trespassed from our facility due to her lies and also coming into the dealership in a very aggressive manner jumping out of her car and screaming at everyone in site and even committed battery by smacking a disabled persons hand causing his phone to fly across the floor here at the dealership & threatening to shoot him (I have on live video & audio if you or anyone else needs proof). Very worried about this as she works somewhat in the medical field and really needs to be evaluated in my opinion. If I can be of anymore help please BBB don't hesitate to contact us.     BUYER BEWARE! In short: Liars and cheats, the epitome of used car salesman. In Long: coming from out of state I called ahead on a vehicle I had searched the nation for to ask two specific questions: does the lift gate work and are there any indicators on the dashboard? The owner/sales rep told me he personally had used the liftgate and there were no lights on the dashboard. In need of this exact truck I grabbed the red-eye flight and showed up the next morning to find the truck I was looking for being washed down and prepped for departure awesome! or so I thought. Turns out, the liftgates power cord was cut and the gate had never worked since they had it. I started up the truck and sure enough, multiple indicators lit up on the dash. After over two-hours of waiting at the dealership for the truck to be looked at next door, I overhear the repair shop call and explain that the power cord must have been severed when it was decommissioned from the city I finally realize the pure bill of goods I had been served; hundreds in travel expenses for a complete lie. To make it worse, they told me the day before that I needed to put a deposit down of $500 through Zelle so they could hold the truck for me. That isnt a problem, the problem came when they refused to return the $500 after their fraud was ousted, even after ********************************** and I am left with this review as my only recourse. To their credit, their mechanic re-wired a new power line and got the gate working by the end of the day but this was too little too late after uncovering their shadiness. Let my thousand-dollar mistake be your warning to heed; AVOID THIS GROUP AT ALL COST!

    Unfortunately the customer could not wait for the tail gate lift to get repaired and found another truck near by and decided to pass on the truck he secured with a non refundable deposit. Truck was repaired and fixed within 3 hours not at the end of the day like customer states. Customer could of simply went out and had lunch etc but decided not to give us the opportunity to fix the issue and or receive a credit for the issue that was repaired by the mechanic shop next door. This is a slander and libel issue now from this company and I will reach out to legal council to address this companies actions in this matter as they have threatened to leave bad reviews & we will be doing the same if they continue to threaten & harass our company, If I can be of anymore assistance with this complaint please reach out.     I am a disabled veteran, who suffered a stroke and has cognitive, speech, and physical disabilities. I shared this with my salesman ******** and he guided me to purchase a 2008 Buick Enclave for $5900 and took my car as trade-in. ******* told me that it was a good car, that it had been serviced regularly, was in great shape mechanically, and convinced me that I didnt need to go for a test drive as he knew it drove well. The owner **** asked me what he could do to make the sale happen that day, and he offered a 90 day warranty. I bought the car, and came back the next day to trade in my car and pick it up. I drove for less than 1 mile and all the check engine lights came on, parked it at home, and it didnt start the next day. I called the dealer and immediately asked for my money back, and they have been jerking me around ever since. I had the car towed to an auto repair facility to get a printout of from the errors codes of the car computer, more than 12 codes came back, that would cost more than the car is worth to fix. I returned the car to the dealer and refused to accept it, and keep asking for my money back. The sales person ******* keeps telling me that he is unable to make that decision and refuses to escalate this to a manager or owner that can give me a refund for a car that was clearly defective. Ive since found out that the car has been in two major accidents, and the dealer keeps trying to make me repair the vehicle at my own cost through dealing with a third party warranty company who said that they wont cover what is wrong with the vehicle. I am going to file a lawsuit if they dont return my money immediately. BE FOREWARNED!!!

    All of our vehicles here are SOLD AS IS, Where Is and How it is. These are used vehicles, the vehicle you purchased has over 200K miles on it, there were many other vehicles that you looked at with less mileage and better shape, you came to the dealership one two separate occasions and you choose this vehicle that you purchased. I'm sorry to hear about your experience but these are used vehicles and not perfect, with that being said that's why they are sold as is and we have all customers sign a AS IS agreement this way you understand the terms of sale.
