    Specifically, BBB files indicate All Florida Safety Institute, LLC has a pattern of disputes where consumers are not receiving their lessons that are being paid for in full. In some circumstances the instructor will not show resulting in a reschedule or a no call no show. Consumers are also indicating problems with contacting the company regarding incomplete lessons.

    On August 17, 2022, BBB sent correspondence to All Florida Safety Institute, LLC requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing BBB the steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints. All Florida Safety Institute, LLC did not respond to BBB's correspondence.

      On 2/1/2023 purchased 6 hours of driving lessons along with 1 hour test prep and driving test. Was able to get 3.5 hours of lessons but unable to schedule the missed hours due to not being able to reach anyone on the phone or reply from e-mails sent. One hour test prep and driving test scheduled for today at the **** office location. Reminder e-mails received yesterday. Showed up at the office which appeared to be abandoned with no one showing up for the scheduled services. Attempted to call the corporate number which is disconnected and the website states this site is currently suspended... I am assuming that All Florida Safety Institute went out of business. Very disappointed as I used this company for my son with excellent service received. Seeking refund of services not provided

      Purchased driving lessons from the company, but they never showed up. Attempted to contact and their phone has been disconnected, their emails bounce back, their website results in an error, and their chat goes straight to leaving a message.

      In regards to this case, we also contacted our credit card company that was used to make the purchase. A fraud case was opened and they have since refunded us for the purchase. We are no longer seeking a refund from the business as we have already received one.

      I was promised services to teach my son how to drive safely so that he could get his driver's license. Instead, I had to teach him and he stood up, gave an excuse, and then told me they went out of business. Then they made me sign some bull spit saying they would pay me on September 1st of 2023. Well, here it is almost December. Now they won't even respond. I am owed 318.21 and you ruined my son's birthday.

      I paid $1366.43 for 6 in car 2 hour driving lessons (12 hr plan), a road test, and a teen online driving course on 8/6/23. After the purchase they scheduled the lessons starting 10/28/23. Several times before the start of the lessons they were all rescheduled for different times on the same days; like changes from a time of 11am to 1pm to a new time of 10:45am-12:45pm and then back again. This happened at least twice. 48 hours before the first lesson it was cancelled by the administrator. Subsequently the next 2 lessons were also cancelled. I called and emailed 3 times and received no response. I had no information on how to reschedule those lessons. I found the instructors number on the student portal and called him. He texted me back confirming the next 3 appointments starting on 11/18/23. 24 hours before this lesson the time was changed again to a 15 minute difference. The instructor never showed and now will not text me back. I have gone to the office and it is now empty. We have not received any lessons and no one will respond. They basically took my money and ran. I have emails to back up my email contact and all the changes. (I need an email address to forward them to as I can't upload them on this form.) I would really just like my money back.

      This company took my money and never provided any services. They have been operating this way for the past few years and still continue to do so. They are even going as far as sending me confirmation emails the night before my daughter's appointments but no one has showed up. I think they are doing this to make it look like the services are being provided but I assure you they are not. At this point I just want my money back. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone who works for this company. They basically steal our money fully knowing that the services will not be provided.

      I had signed up for a 6 hour driving lesson divided into 3/4 weeks of 2 hour lessons at All Florida Safety Driving Institute. I had one 2 hour lesson on October 16th. After that lesson the next two lessons on October the 23rd & October 30th were both cancelled by the driving instructor. Those days were never rescheduled. I went ahead and called the school a total of 16 times between November 1st & November 2nd and to no avail no one answered, I texted my instructor November 1st & November 2nd it wasn’t until today he reached out with a very vague response. The school finally responded to me today & told me that because I signed a contract I wouldn’t be able to receive a refund but that I could try & file a “Reason for refund” document and email it back to them. It wasn’t until I filed a claim with the bank that I received a response back from them telling me to fill out that document. However I would like initiative to be taken so that I may be able to be taken serious and get a refund back.

      On 11/3/2023 I made a drivers license appointment for my son to take the road driver’s test. The appointment was made online. Total fee paid by credit $77.99 Confirmation was emailed back showing paid. Plus confirmation for the appointment was sent on 11/6/23 Went to appointment and no one was there. Another building tenant saw us standing there and informed us that this office is out of business. There was still signs by the elevator door that gave the suite number to their office

      I had an appointment for my sons driving test on November 4 at 10:30. We arrive at the appointment 15 minutes early. We waited for an hour and a half for a no show. Payment of $75 was taken up front. I have tried calling and emailing for an explanation and refund, but no communication. There were at least two other parents with their teenage children there for the same test. Since then, I check the reviews and apparently this has been going on for some time. This company was recommended to me by the local dmv so I assumed it was a reputable company, my mistake. They fact that they are still taking money from everyone and getting away with this is infuriating. This is suppose to be an exciting day for ours kids and they are turning it into a huge disappointment for all.

      I purchased a driving program through my son's school on March 4, 2022 with this company and the services were never rendered. I have been working to get refunded for several months. The company keeps telling me the refund is pending. No manager will return calls and the emails for all of the company executives do not exist in the format given to me by the employees. I am seeking a refund of $383 for services not received.
