If you love your pet you should be advised not to use this groomer. Beside less than average quality of grooming expertise she has irritable attitude when handling animal.. we had a horrible experience where are healthy beautiful Maltese boy went in for grooming and when we got him back after some grooming adjustments he was so traumatized that he had breathing in choking issues that led to a stroke or heart attack not long after the grooming that day. He died in my wife's lap in the car on the way to the pet emergency hospital. We are devastated and heartbroken and want to warn anybody not to use this person's service!

The owner of business offered me a refund however did not comply. I discussed with owner prior to appointment that my dog is a senior 6 lb Yorkie with Luxating Patella and sensitive Trachea and required gentle handling and I preferred a Mobile Groomer to avoid having to leave my dog at a grooming facility for several hours. *****, the owner assured me this was her specialty, senior animals. She quoted me a price and made appointment. She never showed up for initial appointment, and neglected to call me until late evening. we scheduled new appointment for following day. I requested a simple hair cut nothing fancy nor time consuming. Clean ears, cut hair around eyes and face and shave hygiene area, what we call a ***** up cut. DO NOT CLIP NAILS as I have his Vet. do this. Two hours after she had my dog in Van she returned him stating she could not do face but she trimmed nails and bathed him. After paying, to avoid any confrontation at that moment, I did a thorough examination. It was obvious she neglected to do hygiene area, face or ears. She simply bathed him. I went out to snap a photo of her van hoping to get address and business lic.#. These were not on Mobile Van, simply a phone# .I asked her to return, so that I could get her Bus. address and Lic#, though I did not state that as the reason. She wanted to charge an additional $35.00. We had a discussion via Text and she OFFERED to refund my money. She has not complied. I initially paid her $80.00. I now have to pay another Groomer significantly more in order to avoid a long wait at the new Grooming Facility and to get an appointment ASAP as it typically takes several weeks for a new client. I am a senior citizen on SS and feel that ***** should have stated she was unable to do the Grooming as requested and agreed. My initial meet with her, I never thought she would have taken advantage of me. I mentioned I would have to report her if she didn't follow through with her offer to refund as I gave her ample time
