      I stayed at this facility 12/4/23 and checked out 12/5/23. About 5 am in the morning I was awakened by the sound of filthy toilet and bath water leaking into the room. By the time I got up and dressed the entire bathroom floor was covered with sewage water. I had a long day the day before and wanted to sleep in and shower, but due to this issue I had to get up immediately. fortunately, I was able to gather all my belongings before they got ruined from the water and thank god I didn't get sick from being exposed to dirty water. I went to the office and let the woman in charge know what happened and requested a manager contact me to rectify the situation. No one contacted me that day, so I ended up contacting ******* and I filed a complaint REF# ******** and later the next day I was contacted from the actual hotel I stayed at by who I believe was the manager. She asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted them to just make it right. I was offered a 20% discount which I felt was an insult, especially when she mentioned they only usually give a 10% discount. 20% of a $85 bill is only $17. So you offer me a $68 stay for a horrible experience and think that is going to make it right. Im filing this complaint to let others know the conditions of the facility and the culture of the establishment. They are not focused on providing a good experience and stay to the customer. Management here is only concerned with making a quick buck regardless of the condition of the facility and the customer experience.

      This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I checked in 1/5/22 early and did not sustain any fees. Later that night I decided to extend my stay. I paid for the room again for 1/6/22-1/7/22. On 1/6/22 when I go to the front desk the owner of the days inn informs me that I have the choice to leave the property and come back at 4 pm on 1/6/22 or I have to pay an extra 20 dollars on top of the room that I paid for the prior night and the 100 dollar deposit I put down on the room for the 1st night of my stay. When I told the man I already paid for the room and gave a deposit he refused to help me after standing on line for 25 mins. Why was I able to check in early on 1/5/22 without sustaining any fees? yet the next day I go to extend my stay for a room I had already paid for and am currently staying in, I'm told I have to leave or give the man 20 dollars...this is not fair. I had already paid the deposit for the room the day before. The owner ignored the calls from the priceline reps as I stood before him refusing to help me. He yelled at me then took and helped another customer cutting me off without any solution to my issue at hand. The owner will not help you, he is rude and for a hotel that's infested with roaches and drug addicts, what more can you expect. This place will rob you. You will suffer extra fees that are not written or displayed. I would not even allow a dog to stay at this **** hole.

      When ***** ****** checked in, it was at 1:31 p.m. Our check in time is not till 4 p.m. That time is not to early to check in with no extra cost due to her coming here a few times now. It is only not even a few hours difference. Now when extending for the next day it is ok to book with us and continue to stay in the room. However, she booked online and there prices are designed for a 4 p.m. check in so the rates are cheaper. Not at 8:30 or earlier in the morning. Again when she checked in the first night it was already 1:31 p.m. So when extending with a third party our hotel does require a $20.00 extra fee due to the prices being cheaper and again designed for a 4 pm check in. If this hotel is so bad why would she want to keep coming back? Why did she extend her stay on 1/7/2022 after the 6th?

      I extended my stay due to the housing crisis in the tampa bay area. I worked 96 hours that week and last thing I wanted to do was move to another hotel after being exhausted from work. The hotel needs to advertise their "early" check in fee as it's not posted anywhere online or inside the hotel. They are misleading in their fine print and should be more direct with the requirements...
