    Florida Coastal put a metal roof on my house in Aug of 2024...never recieved any documentation when completed...paid them in full as per contract...now the metal roofing supplier has placed a lein on my property in the amount of 14k due to the fact the roofing company failed to pay there metal supplier...tried calling them but can't leave a message...called the police...filed a report..unbelievable...

    I have used Florida Coastal roofing on two separate occasions. They completed a metal roof for a guest home, and repaired my flat roof. This company is outstanding beat everyone's prices by hundreds of dollars. The best part was when they were done there wasn't a piece of garbage anywhere, the guys even cleaned pieces out of the pool. They completed both jobs promptly, and passed inspection on both. Best company hands down ***** was a breeze to deal with. 5 stars

    We recently had the opportunity to have a 5V Metal roof installed by Florida Coastal Roofing Solutions and we were not disappointed. **********and his crew did an outstanding job. From the initial phone call where they answered all our questions in a friendly and courteous manner to the day that the final fastener was installed, they were always professional. The work crew was always careful and did an excellent job on the installation, taking the time to make sure that they worked neatly and professionally removing all debris so that they left my yard as clean as when they arrived. The craftsmanship is superior to all the others that I have previously checked into, and the result far supersedes our expectations. Thank you !

    I called Florida Coastal Roofing for an estimate to install a metal roof. The estimator, *****, came out and measured and was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions. We also talked about replacing the skylights and he explained why we should do that. There was no pressure to purchase them, but we did. The installation went without an issue and the installers covered the plants and cleaned up every day during the installation process. I would highly recommend this roofing company for price and quality of work.

    If I could give this no stars, I would. We have been waiting since May 3 for them to show up to do a new roof on my daughter's mobile home. Today is JULY 3...8 weeks with no results. All I get is the runaround.."if not this week, then next week" every time I call..same lame excuses. They even gave my insurance company the same song and dance. I am now in the search for another company that hopefully will provide better and more timely service. Will NEVER give this company a recommendation.
