      Every month we are charged twice - once for $19.99, another for $299.00. We never agreed to this service. Nor do we know how the charges showed up on a brand new card.

      Currently receive 8-10 calls a day from them. I tried to have my number removed and they told me they cant do that. Despite the fact that there automated message at the beginning gives the option to remove from list. Employees are extreme rude. I have been hung up on, told to self defecate on myself, and told they were going to have me called 60 times a day. Absolute joke of a business, who has no accountability for their actions or employees.

      I have been receiving at least 10 phone calls a day from this company about our business not having voice search. I have told them at least five times we are closing and that they need to remove us from their list. I still continue to get calls from random numbers from them and no one will remove us from the list.

      Voice Search has been calling me over 10 times per day for the last year. I have told them that I do not wish to partake in their services, to take me off what ever list and to not call me. I have blocked multiple numbers and they still call EVERY DAY. I currently from the last 14 business days 24+ Voicemails and at least 50 missed calls from them. This is Harassment. My phone goes off all the time for this nonsense. I HAVE REPEATEDLY told them to stop and they don't. I am on the verge of filing a harassment lawsuit. This needs to end as I have ZERO interest in their services. All photographs below are less than three weeks of voicemails (when they left one) and the message is all the same

      This group called me between 10 and 27 times daily for 2 weeks. I asked 4 times to remove me from their call list. They have not complied. They are predatorily pursiing google ad customers claiming that as a customer your business is in jeopardy if you do not accept their services. They called me 3 times back to back after my 4th demand to remove my data.

      After Voice Search Local called me several times (for months) trying to get me to sign up, I finally agreed once I spoke to ************************* a Supervisor who had promised me if the service did not work or if I was not satisfied I was guaranteed a full refund. **** explained to me, my business would be found when people asked their Phones, ****** Siri, ****** and on many other devices. I was also promised a monthly call with an Agent from VSL to go over the service to see how my business was showing up on the above mentioned devices. The first call the agent said there must be an issue going on, we will have it resolved by next months call. The second call with VSL same thing was told to me. I then asked to speak with ****, I left a message for ****. The next months call, same thing, not working. I again asked for **** or a refund. Monthly calls, same story Feb, 2024 ***** (not a supervisor) calls, he was not able to fix the issue, instead MY ****** BUSINESS page was deleted by *****, I didn't want MGB page deleted. It took me 3 weeks to get MGB page re-verified. I have sent many emails, left voice messages, text messages to VSL. Each time I was promised a call from a supervisor. 3 weeks spent to re-verify MGB page, time away from my Business, possibly missed out on new clients, monthly calls from VSL, each agent promises I will hear from a supervisor as soon as we hang up. As of today 7/23/24 I have NEVER received a call from a supervisor. I have dates, names and many text from several agents, to prove my case. The service I was promised still does not work. If I do not get my money back from ***, I will be posting on many social media platforms and Realtor sites NOT to sign up with VSL. If the promised service works for some people that is great BUT when it doesn't work for other people DO RIGHT AS I WAS PROMISED AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

      This company is a robo call company and harrasses my business multiple times per day

      Voice Search spams our office with calls more than 20x per day, when we request to be removed from the list they are extremely rude and hang up and still continue to call everyday. Would like to stop the automatic robot calls as it disrupts the operation of our business.

      Voice Search will call 3-5 times a day sometimes more to try to sell us their services. We have asked them to take us off of their call list multiple times. The voice search representative will always tell us that they are unable to to take us off of the call list. When we ask for a supervisor they hang up. They are very rude when they call. Every time they call they are costing us money as our business has to pay per minute for our business line.

      We have asked this company to stop calling us, but they refuse. Weve had 29 calls in the past 7 days, not to mention all the previous calls. Its essentially harassment as weve stated we do not want their services and would be like to taken off their lists. We have been hung up on, yelled at, and criticized extensively. Their phone calls are disrupting our business and have no impact on whether or not we are successful. They have over 15 numbers that theyve used which makes filtering them a challenge. If we cant be simply removed from their list, Im asking that their business be fined extensively for the hours of my time Ive spent dealing with this problem. As a small mom and pop business, we can no longer afford to waste our time with this unethical type of company. Thank you.

After a thorough review of our records, we have found our representatives have only contacted with you TWICE  regarding voice search services or any other products. The other calls you are receiving are more than likely from other companies selling the same services as us.

      However, we take customer concerns seriously, and to address your complaint, we have taken the proactive step of adding your number to our internal do not call list. Additionally, we recommend that you register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov to further prevent any unwanted solicitation calls.
