I have opened my first business in April of 2024, and I have been receiving spam phone calls from this company multiple times a day every day for months now. Regardless of whether I block a number, they will just use a different number. All automated, so they are doing this essentially for free. I called and spoke to two different people there asking them to take me off a list and gently describing what my experience has been, and said that I was not interested in the service. The first person I spoke to hung up on me before I could complete. I was not rude, and it was surprising that they hung up the phone. I called back again and spoke to a different agent, and I again tried to explain that I was not interested in their service and to please stop calling me, and I got hung up on again. This company is clearly predatory.

      Dear *********************** and the BBB

We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, although it seems there may have been some confusion. After a thorough review of our records, we have found no evidence of any previous contact with you regarding voice search services or any other products.

It appears that you may have mistaken us for another company that provides the same services we do. Our reps always introduce themselves as employees of VOICE SEARCH LOCAL and we only call from 772 numbers.

However, we take customer concerns seriously, and to address your complaint, we have taken the proactive step of adding your number to our internal do not call list. Additionally, we recommend that you register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov to further prevent any unwanted solicitation calls.

We apologize for any inconvenience this misunderstanding may have caused and assure you that your privacy and preferences are important to us.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly....

We wish that this complaint with the current information provided is removed from our profile and handled by the Better Business Bureau as the attachments should refute all claims by ***********************
      Thank you.

This business is calling my phone *************) about a dozen times a day. After multiple agents hanging up on me when asking for the company information, one finally did and told me who their company was. They are making calls using a spoofing scam with the caller ID say the call is from McKeesport, **, though my phone line notes it as "Spam-McKeesport." I asked to be removed from the call list and the company hung up on me lying "you will lose 28 customers looking for your business."This spam is against the law and will also be reporting them to our ************************** I note similar complaints to the BBB on this showing this is their established practice.

I have been receiving numerous calls from Voice Search regarding my ****** my business account, all from different numbers. It is the same recording when I answer, and when I ask the caller who is asking they all verify that they are calling from Voice Search. I have missed calls and I have answered calls, and have requested that they take me off of their call list. When I connect with them and ask them to take me off the list, they hang up on me. When I attempt to return their call, they do not answer. I will be filing a TCPA complaint against this company and recommend all previous complaints do the same.

I received yet another call today, verified AGAIN that Voice Search LLC is the company calling

      ************

I asked yet again to be taken off of your companys do not call list, and I was told I had to pay $1000 for that and to get good ratings on the BBB.

Hello, as previously stated in our initial response, you are probably receiving these calls from another company selling the same services as us. Please refer to the document provided of our call logs proving our company Voice Search LOCAL has not attempted to contact the number you provided. Regardless if we have or haven't contacted you, we still have added that number to our internal do not call list and recommend you add yourself to the do not call registry at www.donotcall.gov.

I am rejecting this response because I am still receiving phone calls from sales representatives stating that are representing Voice Search LLC.

If this is not your company or representatives of your company that are calling, and another entity is posing as your company, you should pursue this company and legal action against them as they are negatively impacting your business reputation.

Until then, the callers state that they are representing Voice Search LLC EVERY time I answer so that is who I am going to continue to lodge complaints against.

Attached is the recent call log over the last two weeks of callers leaving the same automated message as Voice Search LLC representative calls have introduced previously.

      Sincerely,

      *******************

VSL called non stop about my ****** optimization not being verified, etc. I spoke to 2 people. The second gentleman i spoke to showed me some type of chart that my business was not synched to any search engine. He got me to sign under false pretenses and telling me that this offer was only good during the call thus not allowing me to verify what he was saying. I reached out to a company managing some of my business media and they pulled a report showing that my business has already been synched to serarch engines because they have been working it on the back end. When I called VSL to talk to ****** (she did not give me a last name or employee number) she placed me on long holds and said sorry we cant let you out of your contract. I was given false information to sign a contract and now am not being refunded. I think it terrible practice that you take advantage of small business owners like this. Fraudulent.

Voice search calls me 5 times a day. I have blocked all numbers and told agents to take me off the list, but I keep getting daily calls. My phone is registered on a do-not-call list. The last contact stated they were from the Voice Search Directory, and I spoke to ***********************. The area code is 239, but they always change the number, so I get the calls no matter how many times I block. I have told them to stop harassing me, let it go to voice mail, and that my number is on a do-not-call list. It could hurt my business registration, but between them, investors and health Insurance providers, I spent all day picking up my phone for harassment. This is crazy: no protection or respect, and the consumer is stranded. I can not change my phone due to my business. I would like for this to stop.

Voice Search has been calling our company phone 10 to 12 times a day. When we answer the phone, it is an automated voice saying to press 1 to speak to a representative. When we do that and speak to someone and ask them to remove us from their list, they say they can only remove our name from their location and the last representative I spoke to basically said the only way to stop the calls was to contract their services. We would just like them to stop calling us.
