      This company is incessantly calling more than 2 times a day. I have blocked over 100 numbers they call from, AFTER telling them to take me off the call list multiple times. This IS harassment. They are selling fake services and will not leave me alone. As a small business owner, I rely on phone contact for my job and with as much as they call, I have missed a few opportunities due to believing it was them calling. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!

      I get multiple calls a day from Voice Search about my ****** Listing not being verified. I have asked on multiple occasions to be removed from the calling list and they tell me that is impossible because my number magically appears on their screen every time someone uses ****** Voice to ask for The Patio Store. I do not want their services. I want my number removed from their database.

      I am not seeking a resolution of payment. I am asking that this company stop harrassing phone calls. This company on a daily basis calls our company for the exact same reason. I as the office manager take these calls and have asked them to please remove us from the calling list as well as to add us to the do not call list. When the representative asks if I am the owner I am not but I have personally been given authority by the owner to make the statement they hang up the phone and just continue the harrassing calls. As I am the only person who will ever answer the calls as they only come in to my line it makes no sense that they will continue to call every day when we have requested to be removed and added to the DO NOT CALL LIST. This is Business Harassment. This is financial harassment as these calls are taking away valuable time everyday to deal with these phone calls, to make a list of calls coming in and who I am speaking with each time, and what the results are. I am now making this request as my owner has stated the next step will be legal. It shouldn't be that difficult to say you are not interested. No Thank you.

      I have been with voice search for about five months now and they have done NOTHING for me. They are unresponsive to my emails regarding the progress of any changes I discuss in our monthly calls and never pickup their customer support line, and when I go to leave a message their voicemail box is full. I haven't gotten a SINGLE LEAD from them. I'm starting to question if they've done any marketing work for my company at all! Complete waste of my money and time. I'm paying for their services monthly and they can't even make the necessary business info changes we discussed two months ago in order to actually get customers!!!

      I signed up for this service based on a cold call I received from them. The sales person had a great pitch and as small startup company I thought this would help generate some business. Im fully aware this is not a lead generation service. First of all it took weeks for them to verify my business when I was told it would take 2 weeks. I ended up getting ****** verified on my own. VSL also sets you up for monthly phone call appointment where they basically tell you what they are doing on their end. Same call every month. When *** called with legitimate concerns Im met with defensive and rude customer service reps. Im told that if I had a better attitude they be able to help me in a more effective way. Sounds retaliatory to me. I asked to cancel my services so Im no longer billed $220 an month, thats on top of the initial $1500 I invested, I was told theyll be happy to cancel once my contract is up in a year. The supervisor ********** spoke to today was just rude and abrasive. I was berated because I missed a phone call appointment and didnt answer their phone calls. Needless to say their business practices are subpar and their customer service skills are non existent. I feel like Im throwing money away every month and Im trapped.

      We are extremely disappointed that this business to business relationship has gotten to this point. We hope that the client can realize the reason the monthly meetings are very important when it comes to servicing each clients account. We would never blame our clients for missing one of their appointments however we do want them to realize the importance of it as it can set things back for ** and for the individual account. I will go ahead and void the remainder of the term of the contract with said client as long as the complaint is closed as resolved. If the client has any further questions I am one of the head supervisors here and would be open to a discussion as well **************.

Please keep in mind there are other agencies the may be dialing you for a similar service that we do not have control over.

      I receive calls from this company multiple times a day and have spoken with several people at the company directly including trying to use the automated system to remove myself from the call list. Usually when speaking to someone they insult me in some way before hanging up. I am also on the national do not call registry and have been for years. At this point it's harassment.

      This company has been calling me since 2016. I have pressed the button 2 to be removed from their list more times than I can count. I have asked to be put on the do not call list more than 20 times. Once 4/4/23 I got a call and I asked to be put on the do not call list. The person on the phone said I sounded like I was "a morbidly obese person" and "he would make sure to call me on Sunday" Today 4/5/23 I got another call from them and I asked for their work address, which they refused to provide. This company is breaking FTC laws and they are being abusive with their practices

      We have no record of this particular person being called by anyone from **********. We pride ourselves on following all of DNC regulations set forth by law and continuously update our DNC database monthly to avoid any situations such as this. The consumer states that we have called him since 2016 when our company has only been established for a little over 3 years. This should negate any credibility that this consumer has in his claims. If he would like to provide the number he says he received these calls on we can happily provide documentation that the number has not been called is under DNC status in our program which once again would invalidate the consumers claim to the fullest extent.

      I signed up for their service on February 28th, 2023. I cancelled on March 1st, 2023, because my partner did not want to spend the money. VSS took $119 sign up fee and agreed when I cancelled to refund the money within 2 weeks. I still have not received a refund and was charged an additional $19.99 on March 28th, 2023. I haven't been able to reach anyone to cancel the subscription and refund my money.

      We have personally spoke to ********************* on this matter. She first requested a cancellation of her monthly payments in March we went ahead and cancelled her subscription. We then received a call about a month later from ********************* and she proceeded to ask for a refund related to the activation fee for her services. Our refund terms and conditions exist because we start to render services within two days of the client initially purchasing services this helps protect ********** as once submissions are begun we incur cost which that customers activation fee covers and offsets. We explained this to her and her resolution was to bash ********** through this platform. We also are not responsible for any third party pressure from business partners, spouses, children, and associates as being grounds for refund after services are rendered this is also outlined in our terms and conditions.

      I am rejecting this response because I didn't just call to cancel the monthly payments, I called to cancel the order.  According to ********** Law, there is a 3 day cooling off period for any order placed via phone or internet.  The person I spoke to on the phone said that it didn't apply to a business to business transaction.  However, after reviewing the law, I don't see that stipulation, unless it was a service I already received. I know I received no services because I cancelled the appointment with the person who was supposed to set up the service.

      We respectfully disagree with the rejection. The cooling off period that the consumer is referring to is a business to consumer law and doesn't apply to business to business transactions. The consumer was made aware of our terms and conditions and why they are not eligible for a refund of activation fee. 

      1. We had already rendered services by the time the consumer requested a refund and was told that we would be able to cancel the subscription but not the activation fee associated with the account.

       

      2. The request for refund was also because of pressure applied by a third party which is also outlined as not grounds for an eligible refund via our terms and conditions.

       

      We find it extremely unfortunate that consumers resort to damaging our agencies reputation when they do not meet eligible refund criteria. We reserve the right to protect our business and enforce all of our terms and conditions which is designed to protect us from incurring cost associated with accounts cancelled outside the grounds of our cancellation policy such as in this case.

      I am rejecting this response because as I stated, I see no clause in the law that states business to business transactions are not included.  As a business owner, I am still a consumer.  I also maintain that I never received terms and conditions from voice search stating that this law does not apply. I also see no evidence that any services were rendered within the two days prior to my request to cancel my order. If services were rendered, perhaps a ****** for voice search would be not to start any work on a project until after the 3 day cooling off period.

      If Voice Search refunds the $119 initial fee, I will be happy to rescind my complaint.

      As we have previously stated we completely dispute the consumers claims with the response to the latest acknowledgment being the same way we responded to the last one. The client is not eligible for a refund via our terms and conditions. We have refunded the charge of $19.99 that the consumer has provided receipt for from March 28th but will not be receiving a refund for the transaction containing the registration fee. In writing the client has also admitted to being swayed by a third party which it clearly states on our terms and conditions page voids eligibility for this refund in her last message. If the consumer provides proof that any of our staff or management granted a refund of the activation fee we will gladly refund the transaction. If not our stance is firm on this matter and we expect the complaint to be closed after responding to the last three messages with our reasoning behind this matter.
