No stars. They do not explain that you will be contracted for an entire year for way to much money for very little work actually being done on their part. I tried to cancel and get the run around. This place is obviously ran by crooked people. They explained that they had a phone call recording of me agreeing to contract and then told me that they could t let me hear it. The e-signature does not look like my signature at all. The customer service people are no help. They done mind lying at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

They have been calling my number 10 to 15 times a day. I have never, will never do business with them.

I dont even know what to say right now. I am totally appalled with what I am reading about these people.

Sold me on getting more traffic to my site and ******* calls a month. Then every month just telling me enough info to keep me hanging. Unfortunately I wouldnt recommend them at all

The original call I received was pushy said it was going to be ***** I ended up getting charged *****. Today I had a analyst appointment via zoom. He went on and on then started bringing in all these other services up said I wasn't interested he went on and on first said fee of $598 then $199 I said no then he gets his ***** on the phone. His ***** then started harassing me as well my son came over, he's 3 asks for a drink failing to mute the phone when I told the guy on the phone to hold on he goes do you want to use the card you last used on file I went WHAT!? I wasn't talking to you I told my 3 year old he could have a drink! These people will harass you want you to recommend them to your fellow buissness owners etc. These people will criticize your buissness, the work you put into your business etc. Criminals, scammers. DONT SAY ANYTHING OVER THE ****** I'm going in to get a new card to avoid them charging my card when I repeatedly said no, I don't want to do anything, I'm not interested etc. Run these people will dry you up

They are HORRIBLE!! They portrayed themselves to be something they werent to my husband and was supposed to call us back to review and confirm. The lady never called back and we never signed authorization form but they still billed our card. Also, when the analyst called he explained what the service would be and at that time we informed him that this wasnt a service we needed and he said that nothing was live and gave us a customer service number to call and cancel. When I called customer service they just placing me on long hold periods after initial explanation then a billing director came on the line with a ridiculous sales pitch conversation and I informed him my son is completing his business analytic degree and has his own digital marketing business and didnt need the service at which point he said they wouldnt refund the charge because it was past the 24 hr period which we were never verbally informed of. They have no honor in their business, my husband is a veteran and Im a RN and treatment like this is pathetic. We have proof we never signed the authorization form.this type of business is never rewarded!!!!!

Crooks they take your money and take more than you agree to then they cancel onboarding and try to stand behind their bs. My bank has filed 3 disputes against them for not providing a service but taking money they are not authorized to take from your bank account. Very unprofessional to say the least and very rude supervisors. No wonder they have an F rating. I would tend to say they are scammers. Just my opinion but it seems there's a common denominator here of not providing a service or harassment.

They get no stars and they should be put out of business. I believe this is a scam, they charged me on the initial call of $49.99 and said it would be $***** a month. One to two days later I get another call advising me the initial call and fees were for activation on all the search engines and the $ ***** a month was the monthly fee service. He explained to me that my business would need optimization th8s would be an additional $398.00 to activate plus $119.00 each month. Now this is in addition to the initial call. I was informed I would receive a link via email within 2 weeks all of these charges and as of today when a young lady called for a scheduled meeting, she informed me there's no link, and began to argue with me about what I was told on the call regarding optimization. I had to hang up on her because she was so rude and tried to deter me from canceling. I called back to speak with another rep..its all nothing buy BS...beware this is a sham business. As of June 21 2024 I haven't received not a link of service only 2 sham calls to make it appear to be legit. I'm calling the State attorney generals office so they don't get a chance to take anyone else's money.

I signed a month to month contract for services after initially they tried to get over ******* from me after they realized I was not about to pay an exorbitant amount with no proven track record. I agreed to give them a try and signed a month to month contract for services had 2 marketing appointments, each time the result was requesting me to complete tasks after each call claiming ****** required it. My experience has been I was not informed of any of the numerous tasks that needed to be completed on my end even though I asked specifically what I could expect regarding the process and how does the process work to market my company website. They continued each time to elude to that ****** requires it, after being told and receiving a follow-up email that I needed to provide a list of documents. The document items were suspicious some examples of documents requested were: wanting a copy of a customer **********************, a picture of my personal vehicle license plate claiming ****** needs theses to verify my business, Not being naive as a former police officer it was obvious. Afterwards I obviously became concerned about their legitimacy I audit my company bank account and discover they charged me twice for the initial $399.00 fee to execute the month to month contract. The ruse of all of these tasks that were dropped on me was a stall tactic to continue to charge for services not rendered, never provided any services agreed to or services claimed they provide to me. I know a scam when I see it, I filed a complaint with the bank which is now investigating fraud on my account, I also filed a criminal complaint with the secretary of state , interstate commerce commission, federal trade commission and state attorneys generals office. These are criminals, run , run, run!
