      Voice search calls me 5 times a day. I have blocked all numbers and told agents to take me off the list, but I keep getting daily calls. My phone is registered on a do-not-call list. The last contact stated they were from the Voice Search Directory, and I spoke to ***********************. The area code is 239, but they always change the number, so I get the calls no matter how many times I block. I have told them to stop harassing me, let it go to voice mail, and that my number is on a do-not-call list. It could hurt my business registration, but between them, investors and health Insurance providers, I spent all day picking up my phone for harassment. This is crazy: no protection or respect, and the consumer is stranded. I can not change my phone due to my business. I would like for this to stop.

      They relentlessly call several times per day. I have BEGGED them to remove my business from the call list but they usually hang up on me. One employee actually threatened me saying I would lose in court if I tried to report them. This has went on for MONTHS. WORST case of spamming HARRASSMENT that I have ever encountered. STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!

      Voice Search has been calling our company phone 10 to 12 times a day. When we answer the phone, it is an automated voice saying to press 1 to speak to a representative. When we do that and speak to someone and ask them to remove us from their list, they say they can only remove our name from their location and the last representative I spoke to basically said the only way to stop the calls was to contract their services. We would just like them to stop calling us.

      Monthly charges varying the business names and services ********** ********************** or "Do Not Pay **** ***** services. I did not catch the charges until today. When I went to the website, initially it appears to be legitimate. I choose "sign-in" to see if I had an account and what the charges were for, It shows the last four of my credit card with no other information and no way to cancel. I reported the matter to my bank for fraud, now under investigation.

      This company reached out to us and put on a great pitch and promised to get us listed on ***** and aklike search devices. We liked the program and decided to move forward. After asking questions and taking our payment they said a on boarding appointment was needed and asked the best way to reach me. I spoke with ****** and good guy but he failed to forward the proper contact information to his team and sent us an email to get our team with his onboarding. A time and date was set and we waited for the call. No call. Later a rep called from Voice search apologizing and taking my info again, new email with time and date, we assembled and waited, we called them and mailed but no call, again they called our main office saying we missed the appointment so with ***** we set up a new one, today, no call. Again they called the main office that I am not there and left a voice. I quickly wrote a mail requesting they cancel our service. We received this ?email. ?We are sending an email per the conversation with the supervisor. We are sorry that you are not wanting to continue with the Directories and Citations programming. The monthly recurring has been cancelled and you will not be billed furthermore. The activation fee of $798.00 is non refundable being we have completed the programming. --VSL Support Team ************** ********************************** So they provided no if not terrible service and then wont return our funds. Be aware of this experience before you pay a company like this.

      Despite the challenges in communication, we fulfilled our commitment by submitting your business to over 50 premium search directories, as outlined in our service agreement. As such, according to the terms agreed upon, the service rendered makes you ineligible for a refund.
      Moreover, we acknowledge the difficulty you experienced in accessing your existing ****** profile. Our team was actively working on creating a new profile to address this issue promptly. We understand the importance of your online presence and were dedicated to resolving this matter in a timely fashion.

      This company uses an automated dialing system to spam my company with calls throughout the day. This morning, they called at 9:12, 9:36 and 9:43 - the last one leaving a message saying "call this number to Opt out" only when I called it said press one to claim $100 "prize" - When speaking to a live agent, they are aggressive, rude and claim to have no knowledge of how to opt-out. They call as many as 16 times a day trying to sell some vague offering. They should be shut down - I am looking to be removed from their call list

      In the afternoon of April 15,2024, I received a phone call from ********************** Local offering the service with ****** Alexa ********************** and they explained I could cancel anytime. Then, I gave my credit card number, but I wouldn't be charged until they finish my account information with the next person (representative), who would work on the account after I have given the information of my business. The next morning, I received the phone call from them, (the voice of a man) and I told him that I no longer wanted the service and didn't want the charge on my credit card. He said ok and they would refund the money in 7 days. It passed 7 days, I called and no answer, called other days and she said she was send to another department (accounting). Few days later I sent an email with no response. Today, 5/13/2024 they said that they will not refund the money. I said, that's is not a good business and it's not fair for you keep my money, since I cancel the next morning with out giving the information about my business to even have an account with you. $119.98 charge for a night it ridicules. She was rude and said, they will not refund the money and will not do business with me.
