      Came for refrigerator ice machine repair. Took a check payable to son of the owner and never returned. They needed to order the part. Do not use this company.

      Read The Reviews bogus 5 star ratings and then read the true 1 star ratings ************************* has proven to be a thief and habitual liar. The only reason I will give this rating is to help future victims. He had me give a 5 star review before he even did the work. He also told me to write a check directly to him for 263 which he cashed the same day ! This was two months ago. I am most definitely filing a report for this reason shame on you! (I called PRISTINE appliance repair they are honest !!!!!!!! And have serviced a lot of Vincents victims! God bless !

      Do not use this company.My washer and dryer were broken paid $525 to fix both. They missed 3 appointments I stayed home changed my schedule did everything to make sure someone was there and no one showed up got BBB involved they then lied and said I canceled the appointments. Appointment 4 I was told on the phone someone would be there from *****. The technician showed up at 430 made the repairs and left but the washer was still broken. I ended up buying a new one. Poor work practices They will blame complain defend and lie to cover themselves.Once again do not use.

      They helped me fix the machine over the phone. The man’s exact words were let me try and help you do a few things first because it would be silly to come out and charge you. Ty!!!

      Trash!!!! Robbed an 86 year old lady!!! All they did was plug the washer back in. Didn't even wait to see if it finished. It did not! It stalled mid wash.After a call he Said he wasn't coming back because she cursed at him and in same breath warned don't u dare take me to court. NASTY BUSINESS

      Lets tell the ***** The customer is ***********************, her address, ************************************************ so far her friends and her daughter *************************** and *********************** have been trashing my company writing false reviews on ******** and ****** ,two of them which will be removed from ******* I have **************************** on her recording along with ***************************, saying that they are going to write bad reviews and blow up ******** . and dispute the $89.95 service call charge .It was explained in the beginning the service call is $89.95.A&J service went out there on Wednesday, August 9th at 10:45 AM The technician diagnosed the issue , The technician reset the board and told **************************** youre using too much soap because the machine was filled up with soap suds. The technician told ********************* it is any issue call us in the morning will come back AT NO CHARGE .the technician left ,the machine was running a cycle,, **************************** paid the service call $89.95 by credit card after the technician handed back the credit card , The customer became very belligerent ,NASTY, hostile .A&J appliance service will not tolerate, or will be subject to any form of abuse .She thought she was entitled for free service call ,The customer insisted A&J did nothing. All this is documented on a signed receipt.

      These guys are the real deal. Professional, impeccable customer **********************. They have been servicing my appliances for years. Washer, dryer, refrigerator....always on time, reasonable price. Not sure about these other reviews, probably people who don't know what they are talking about. Never had a single problem with them.
