Do not use this company.My washer and dryer were broken paid $525 to fix both. They missed 3 appointments I stayed home changed my schedule did everything to make sure someone was there and no one showed up got BBB involved they then lied and said I canceled the appointments. Appointment 4 I was told on the phone someone would be there from *****. The technician showed up at 430 made the repairs and left but the washer was still broken. I ended up buying a new one. Poor work practices They will blame complain defend and lie to cover themselves.Once again do not use.

This job was done and completed. The customer kept on changing their appointments. Lets be honest and truthful, and tell the truth.

Trash!!!! Robbed an 86 year old lady!!! All they did was plug the washer back in. Didn't even wait to see if it finished. It did not! It stalled mid wash.After a call he Said he wasn't coming back because she cursed at him and in same breath warned don't u dare take me to court. NASTY BUSINESS

Lets tell the ***** The customer is ***********************, her address, ************************************************ so far her friends and her daughter *************************** and *********************** have been trashing my company writing false reviews on ******** and ****** ,two of them which will be removed from ******* I have **************************** on her recording along with ***************************, saying that they are going to write bad reviews and blow up ******** . and dispute the $89.95 service call charge .It was explained in the beginning the service call is $89.95.A&J service went out there on Wednesday, August 9th at 10:45 AM The technician diagnosed the issue , The technician reset the board and told **************************** youre using too much soap because the machine was filled up with soap suds. The technician told ********************* it is any issue call us in the morning will come back AT NO CHARGE .the technician left ,the machine was running a cycle,, **************************** paid the service call $89.95 by credit card after the technician handed back the credit card , The customer became very belligerent ,NASTY, hostile .A&J appliance service will not tolerate, or will be subject to any form of abuse .She thought she was entitled for free service call ,The customer insisted A&J did nothing. All this is documented on a signed receipt. 

These guys are the real deal. Professional, impeccable customer **********************. They have been servicing my appliances for years. Washer, dryer, refrigerator....always on time, reasonable price. Not sure about these other reviews, probably people who don't know what they are talking about. Never had a single problem with them.

I called A.J.Appliance on October 6, to fix my dryer. The technician ******* ***** came over and told me I needed a new heating element. He said he could get the part right away and needed $300.00 to purchase it. I paid him and he came back the following day with the part but it was defective so he had to order a new part and it would be a couple of days. He didn't call until October 21 st. I called him on the 25th and we scheduled an appointment for the 26th, He did not show up. We rescheduled for the 28th he did not show up. We rescheduled for the 30th. He did not show up. The following week he said he was coming on November 1st,, 2nd., 3rd., and he didn't show up for any of these appointments. On November 4th I called the office and requested a refund because ******* said, on numerous occasions he would return my money if things didn't work out. To date I have not received anything. Need a refund.

This customer is a complete LIAR ,,YES A LIAR ,,,,,, A&J was there 3 months ago,,,,,It took 3 weeks to finally set up a appointment,, she kept on canceling,,,lol ,,,, THIS CUSTOMER IS LOOKING FOR A FREE BE, SHE HAS HER NEW &OLD PARTS. A&J Appliance Service is done with this confused customer,,,,,Looking for a handout...Thank You.

I hope that any potential customers are reading A&J response to my complaint and see what kind of a company they'd have to deal with if they decided to hire these people. They always start out by calling the customer a liar, in all caps with my case, WHATS WITH THAT. The plain truth is they saw an elderly woman and took advantage of her and no amount of name calling is going to change that. I stand by everything I said in my original complaint. They took $300.00 deposit, to fix my dryer and to date the dryer is not fixed and they have not returned a cent of my money even though the technician Vincent said they would. I've been around a long time but never have I had to deal with a company like this. According to them everyone, who has a complaint against them is a liar and they are the victims. At this point I don't believe they will honor their word to return my money, but it's enough for me to know that I didn't let them scam me without putting up a fight.

Customer should be more truthful I find it disgusting and appalling when they are not truthful and they bend the truth. I'm sorry if their feelings get hurt but the customer it's not being honest thank you

A&J couldn't tell the truth if they were sitting on a stack of bibles. It is a wonder they are still in business but karma eventually will take care of that; not a threat just a prediction. Word of mouth can be a big plus or a bigger minus and I intend to tell everyone I know about the shoddy business practices of this company. The $300.00 they stole from me will, I hope, cost them 10 times over in lost business.
