This place is terrible. The office manager is very rude and when asked to go over my bill and explain the over charging and an exact electric meter reading, I was asked to leave. Then they tried to charge my card $302.60 4 days after I left. Supposedly for 18 days of electric. When I paid a total of $280 for 73 days. When I disputed this with my bank and gave them the falsified and just plain bad bookkeeping practices of the office manager "Angela" they returned my money. But wait... there's more...she was angered apparently by this and stole $1100.00 from my card 3 months after I had left Stating that I spread "sewage" across their parking lot when I left and a gate remote and electric. I have, after weeks and police reports filed, received my money back because this company is quite honestly the worst of the worst. If I had done this "spillage" I would've been arrested immediately. (I was asked to leave by an officer to begin with). They have weeds all over the place and the amenities are a joke. The pool pavers have weeds all over the bocci ball and shuffleboard courts are deplorable and the have NO dog park, just an "area" in fenced over the drain field and no laundry for months because of drain field issues. I want to warn others about this park because it could be nice and at one time was from what I was told. But under the manager "Angela" I was stolen from and lied to and harassed repeatedly. People should beware because I was the second person asked to leave after asking for an itemized bill. I doubt we will be the last.
