False advertising online. Wasted my day. Advertised price online and when they ran the numbers they jumped the price over $27,000. Complete fraudsters. I have all the online information saved and they said sorry we won't honor that price anymore. Buyer beware.

BUYER BEWARE...Lost wife's truck in flooding. Stopped in local ram dealership to price out new one. They had the truck we wanted. Sat down with service manger **** to talk numbers. He told us he would beat any other dealerships price if we had it in writing. We'll, we did some homework. 2 days later we went back and had a another offer, in writing for same truck from another local dealership. He basically laughed us out of dealership giving numerous excuses as to why he could not even match price let alone beat it. Total wasted time...2 hours. Left a honest review on Google, not 27 minutes after review was posted we were contacted by General manager of dealership apologizein for actions of sales manger **** and told us he would sell us truck at matched price from other dealership. At that point we wanted nothing to do with this dealership. Sales manager **** will try to suck as much money out of customers as possible. STAY AWAY.

So I purchased my Jeep compass from them no problem until it overheats. Then no appointment available, no service available, not even a diagnostic nor timeframe. Simply no car, no rental coverage; just walking since last year.Good thing it was a new car, can't imagine treatment for used car customers.

So I purchased my Jeep compass from them no problem. About a year later the check engine light came on put a error reader on it said it was a Evaporater leak, No big deal but made an appointment took it in told me it would be ready. in a couple of days. So several days go by cars still not ready I call after 3 days they say hold on let me check on it. Told me it was ready came and got it on the way home the check engine light came on again so I called back and said that they had not fixed it so I told them that I would need a rental car so i could get back and forth to work. they said no problem it is reserved in my name, The next day I went in to drop it off as I'm pulling into the lot, I get a phone call from them that they did not have a car for me. As I'm pulling up, I get out and the guy in front of me is getting the car they promised me, they didn't understand why this upset me. So, I do not leave my car because I don't like being lied to. I called jeep corporate to attempt to get my car fixed. Talked to him he said take it back one more time and he would pay for my rental, so I did when I got my car back a week later guess what still wasn't fixed and now there is a s**** in my back tire. Took my car to a different dealership they told me that Gettel had put nothing in the system about my car. So long story short they fixed nothing lied to me on several occasions. Would give zero stars if I could

Worst car purchase and repair service of my life. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler on June 5. After getting the vehicle home less then an half hour later, the check engine light was on, the driver door when opened continued to ding and fobs worked intermittently. The following morning June 6, I took the Jeep back to Gettel and they informed me it was my problem. It was up to me to fix the problem. I asked if they would just give me a cash refund but that wasn't an option. They did turn off the check engine light which is now on again. They told me repairs would cost $1127.26. It was a part in the steering column that made the car think the key was still in the ignition over half of the time. They gave me a rental car on June 6 and on June 9 wanted it back unless I paid the daily charge. The repairs were promised by June 12 but no part was received. It was then promised on June 14 but no part. It was then promised on June 19 and the part did come *** at noon. I was then told the mechanic was busy and did not have time for the 3 hour repair so I would get it the following day. The service manager did intervene and the car was repaired that day. If I buy a car from an individual I expect these type of problems and that is why I take the car to a mechanic to inspect. I believed Gettel inspected their vehicles to find these issues. I believed that Gettel should have also stood behind a vehicle that they had just sold to me minutes earlier. I will never use Gettel again. There are other dealerships that understand the word "service."

I would love to give a Zero Star Review if it were possible. I am a retired widow and travel out of state often to visit my kids. I owned 2 vehicles and after the hurricane, was looking for a reliable small to midsize SUV because I travel with my pitbull. I searched for a month and was sold a 2020 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk with only 24k miles. I was also sold the additional warranty and gap insurance. I traded a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder Convertible that was in really good condition with around 135k miles (but needed new air conditioning) and put another $1000 down. I also sold a 2009 Nissan Murano that was in great condition but needed approximately $1750 worth of mechanical work due to a puncture in the radiator. I thought I was purchasing a reliable vehicle and wouldn't need to keep the other 2. I sure was wrong! The day I drove the Jeep home, all of the dash lights came on when I was shutting it off. It threw me off so I immediately restarted the vehicle. The lights were off so I thought it was a fluke or I didn't see what I thought. I parked the Jeep and didn't drive it again until day 4 after purchase. That day, every dashboard error light came on and it lost power steering. I took it back to the dealership. They have been working on my Jeep for the past SEVEN months. I asked them to buy it back and pay off my loan, put me in a new vehicle at the same payment and interest rate and transfer the down payment & trade in towards a new vehicle but they declined. They keep returning it to me unrepaired. They claim to be working with Chrysler. I asked numerous times to speak to the GM, DM or owner and have requested an acceptable resolution. As of this writing, they still have my Jeep (since October 2022, I have only driven it twice, both out of state and had to put it in the shop and drive it back with no power steering and every dash light on.) I have made payments since I bought it and haven't been able to drive it! Worse dealership!

Experience with Gettel Chrysler in Punta Gorda, FL in March 2022 2015 Chrysler Town and Country V6 3.6L Around 9:00 AM the van was brought to Gettel Chrysler with the yellow engine warning light on. The service advisor checked the van’s onboard computer and stated that there was misfiring of the number 2 cylinder. At 11:22 AM, the service advisor called to inform us that the technician diagnosed a loss of compression in the #2 cylinder. I arrived at Gettel Chrysler at 11:50 AM and met the technician and the shop foreman. The technician showed me the weak compression of cylinder #2 with 150 PSI while informing me that it should be 175 PSI. Then he measured cylinder #4 which also fell short of the 175 PSI target. When he put the compression tester in cylinder #6 he achieved the 175 PSI, which he wanted to see for every cylinder. When he tested the #2 cylinder again, he measured 200 PSI, which he called to high, and he wanted to do further tests to diagnose the potential leak in the valve mechanism. I didn't believe his diagnosis but said that I would call back later to hear his opinion. At 3:55 PM the service advisor called me and told me that the technician informed him that he will not work any further on the van. He told me that the shop foreman and manager advised him to tell me to come and get the vehicle, and that they would not charge me for any of their work. The next morning, we went to get the car, stopped at O-Reilly auto parts, bought a set of spark plugs and ignition coil. I took off the intake manifold, exchanged the spark plugs and replaced the ignition coil for the #2 cylinder. The van drove since then over 15,000 miles without any problem. In conclusion, Gettel Chrysler in Punta Gorda tried to claim a cylinder head valve repair, which goes for around $ 2,500.00. I repaired the van with parts for $ 108.00 and a few hours work. They are incompetent and stupid but avoided a criminal fraud charge by sending us home with the van not repaired.

We took our Dodge Ram in for service on 12/19/2022 for a replacement injector that went out. First off, I want to say that my husband is very meticulous about his truck, it gets professionally detailed inside and out on a regular basis. Thought we had purchased warranty for this but apparently did not..ok fine. Vehicle still needs to be fixed so it is what it is. Also mentioned that the bulb is out on the third brake light above the back window. We go to pick it up and it looks as if someone had gone mudding in it. We ask to speak to a manager and he does come out and looks at the truck and doesn't seem suprised and just says "yeah, it shouldn't look like that." Says he will get it cleaned and we would pick it up tomorrow. Your **** right it shouldn't look like that! What kind of employees do you have that would get in someone else's vehicle and do this! It's a concrete parking lot! Where did you take our truck? My husband picks it up today and yes they did the right thing and cleaned it. We also asked for the employees name who drove the truck, nope would not tell us. Looking at the bill, they charged $396.90 to replace the bulb??? Are you kidding! General concern charge was $379.90 and the bulb was $17.00! What kind of place are you running! And then it looks as if they charged us $25for Fetail Shop Supplies to clean our truck they dirtied!!
