Not offering services they promised such as; Cover of TA ********* *********************** and representation, professional photoshoot. They do not respond to phone calls and refuse to accommodate when I communicate issues.Business response

Business in question has falsely presented information and misrepresented themselves. I was put under the impression a photoshoot would occur between deer dates but rather a lump sum of 2000 was taken without any services rendered. Documents given and presented were changes and altered to misrepresentation previous discussions and followed a meet and greet under false pretenses. I was also charged someone how for my minor they questioned me about during a meet and greet without meet or getting information on the minor which show no where in the paper work given or presented.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/20) */ MPC is sorry to hear that you feel this was. MPC provides copies of all written documents to talent so that they know all the information upfront. Talent is able to read all information before signing. Your photoshoot was set for 4/16/22 However at the time of coming to MPC you were not able to pay for the photoshoot upfront so MPC placed you on payment plan so that you could comeback in July and do the shoot. They also gave you a option to do a smaller package which would allow you to shoot on 4/16/22. As for your daughter MPC worked her into your package to help you out and allow her to work in the industry as well. MPC understood this was something wished to happen. There were no charges for your daughter. MPC can remove your daughter from the package if you wish and keep the package 100% about you. I have reviewed the documents and no changes are made. MPC contracts are non refundable however MPC is prepared to let you choose a smaller package for the amounts that you have already invested that way no further payments are accrued. They have posted a false reply as they did indeed alter documents, especially to include my minor child for additional fees. This has been written in and indicated by one of their representatives to charge double for fees and services by placing "x2" to indicate additional fees. This documents was changed and altered after signing If there was no charges for my daughter why would MPC offer to remove my minor child from their package? They have fraudulently forged documents and I have expressed numerous times their services are not required due to falsifying documents and including my child for services. The strike overs should prove alterations made after signing documentation. Even the arrival time is false i as checked in 8:20 am for a 8:30 am appointment on 4/15/22. As they have written in Documents my arrival time as 8:00am. Much of Mpc documents are misinformation and are invalid as the entire intent was a photoshoot to take place 4/15/22-4/16/22. Even your paperwork shows photoshoot prices are $299.00-$399. Yet my card had been debited for $2000.00. All of the paperwork contradicts itself. Mpc even did not disclose additional processing fees for the "no refundable " payment taken 03/28/22 for a meet and greet. Payment info had been taken via phone. Was not aware of additional fees until I was had all of my paperwork upon my exit. There is listed 2x because since we were giving the customer free items for her child those items need to be listed for the crew to know to give her those items. The package that the customer picked for $14,500 was for her and not the child and multiple items are given to the child to help the mother/customer out. The time on the contract for 8:00am is her show time for her photoshoot in July not for her interview time that happen in April. MPC has offered for the customer to choose a smaller package. MPC has offered to remove the free items that they gave to the child because customer stated that she didn't want the child to work with MPC. No documents have been changed or not done to the legal standards that MPC's legal team requires. The customer choose the package and is welcome to choose a different package. Customers shoot date is set for July 2022. MPC will make sure that a crew is there for her. The package will stay at the selected package unless the customer voices that they wish to change to a smaller package. Mpc if failing to acknowledge the lies being told . As you have mentioned you have never given "services for free" so very curious as to me being the exception with an Additional minor being added for services. There's no way around it. Documents were forged to prices gouge and force services I DID NOT want or request. As you are now creating a narrative to fits your illegitimate actions, especially as a company. I refuse to do any or have any parts for service. You are now choosing to go against my request and forcefully attempting to book services In the future I will not pay nor am requesting. That has been made abundantly clear. You are fully aware as to why I am refusing any further dealings with MPC as documents were forged. You are not owning up to the fact you indeed explained a photoshoot would take place 4/15-4/16 and no such additional fees were discussed prior. No one shows up to a scheduled shoot in April with expectations of it then being pushed out to July. That makes no sense. The narrative you are now creating, which has changed multiple times now, is completely false. You are adding various untrue details to paint the picture of someone making a choices and later on changing. We both no that is not the case. I will not want any representation from this organization for me or my child. No of you additional fees that were added for my child were agreed to as for paying an amount of 14,500 for any of your services that definitely was not agreed to nor chosen by me especially coming out Pandemic and you are repeatedly attempting to mask grit it seem.. You have seriously misspoken and misrepresented the facts thus far. As mentioned I will not seek any further dealings with MPC. No of you services your are trying to force upon me has be requested beyond 4/15-4/16 for a photoshoot that DID NOT occur.
