I apparently had an appointment with Panache hair and off of *** in ** *********. I’ve been going through major personal issues, and they sent 0 reminders. The after not doing their job with reminders, they threatened to charge me full price plus no cancellation fee. Threats, negligence, and rude messages are the norm there. I will not pay anything nor ever come back! Take me off your instagram page!Initial Complaint

I received services from ***** ***** for a balayage. She performed my balayage around a year ago and it was fine. Between, she colors my roots every several months. This time, my balayage was a disaster. Bright brassy orange with the strand right in front of my face. I didn’t take a good look until I got home and saw it close up in the mirror. The whole weekend multiple people asked me what’s wrong with my hair. I reached out to the stylist and she said “I apologize, I can try to fix it. Your color didn’t life because of the root color I did in between” and acknowledged that it did not look good. She asked me not to contact her directly and to contact the store. I did just that. I reached out to the store and the head of customer service, ***, called me back. I asked if the stylist felt comfortable fixing it or if she recommended someone else (the stylist herself said she would send me to someone else). *** said she would ask and call me back. *** called back and said only Megan would fix it. When I asked if she felt comfortable, *** said that “no she did not feel comfortable doing it”. I asked if someone else would in the salon and she said “no”. So I asked her what she recommends in this situation and she said “you can find another salon. Don’t come back here again”. I asked if I can speak to the owner and she said the owner asked her to call me and “no”. She proceeded to hang up on me in the middle of my sentence. If you want to go to a salon that provides quality service and doesn’t huff and puff if your hair is different, I don’t recommend this salon. I’ve never been treated so poorly nor had Guest Services Manager hang up on me after consistently trying to blame me that it’s my fault I “box colored” (btw, I haven’t box colored for over 4 years and my hair grows very fast…. That box colored hair is no longer on my head). Unprofessional, disrespectful, and destructive.
