Excellent customer service! I bought a full bass package including a loaded enclosure and an amplifier about a year and 8 months ago. Recently the amplifier went out on me, I called customer service being unaware of an active 2-year warranty on the products, without me even bringing it up the agent on the phone notified me of the warranty And within 5 minutes I was emailed a prepaid shipping label to have the amplifier replaced under said warranty. That particular customer service agent went above and beyond. Between my excellent customer service experience and the ********************** quality provided from their products, I suggest Skar to all of my friends.

Last year I bought a whole system which included the SK-M4004D amplifier. Immediately there were problems so I sent it back since it was covered under a two-year warranty. It was deemed a valid warranty claim and they said that they would replace it, not repair it. They gave me a month wait time because it was out of stock so I asked if it could be replaced with the next comprable model and I was told yes. After a month-and-a-half I still did not have an amplifier and they would not address the offer of replacing it with a comparable model again. After throwing a hissy fit in an email they finally gave me another date when the 400 would be back in stock, which was two months from the time I sent this in. When I got it in the mail it was the EXACT SAME amplifier that I had sent them only way more beat up. Why was I waiting 2 months for something "out of stock" if I was just going to get the same POS back??? It still did not work correctly so I contacted SKAR yet again and was told that they still would not replace it; I could send it back in for more warranty work. Why bother. I'll never buy another **** thing from SKAR and no one I know will either; my social media posts blew up just like the amp did.

I bought a nice speakers plus amp system from this place because my friends and family said they was good. I paid to have it hookup and it sound good till the bass kick in, it start making a weird sounds right away everytime the bass kick in. So I called them about it because I have a warranty on it and they told me to take pictures and send it to them so I did it. Still have not received a phone call or email. Still waiting for them to send my replacement. I still have the first transcript to show and emails of me trying to contact them.

So my 2=12 inch lx subs blow out in a week I sent back to u guys been less than a month and still under warranty and the sent me back different ones and the defective blown out before I connected them hard earned $ gone plz help me $ is not free scams me
