    I ordered a tweeter from them and they delivered to the wrong address, my previous address that I had updated in my ******* pay" with my new address months ago and before completing my order i changed my address in my accountbprofile with skar audio (billing and shipping). I have screen shots proving this.. anyways they refuse to do anything and basically said that I'm not going to get the product I paid for because of a mistake in their system. Which doesn't even make sense because I just autofilled THE BBB website and it came up my current address. I updated my previous address months ago with my banks and if my billing address was wrong on this order mynbank would not have allowed the purchase ..So i need the speaker and went to go buy another one since they refuse to help me with the one i already paid for but didn't recieve and they have blocked my i.p. address so I cannot order from them. I feel like they are getting revenge on me for pointing out they made a mistake.. *** just bad business. I just want the product I paid for.

    Dear Better Business Bureau and Mr. ******************** you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. Skar Audio understands how frustrating this situation must be for Mr. ******* and we appreciate the chance to clarify the matter.

    When customers choose to pay using ****** Pay, the payment processor automatically provides the shipping address associated with their ****** Pay account at the time of checkout. Skar Audio does not have control over this process and must ship to the address that the payment provider transmits for order security and fraud prevention reasons.

    In this case, ****** Pay provided Skar Audio with an outdated address, which is why the order was shipped there. Skar Audio does not have access to customers past addresses and would have no way of retrieving an old one unless it was supplied by the payment processor at the time of purchase. Even if Mr. ****** updated his Skar Audio account profile, ****** Pay would override that information during checkout.

    Skar Audio understands that this is an unfortunate situation, but per company policy, Skar Audio is unable to reship or refund an order that was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout by the payment processor. If the package was sent to an old address, Skar Audio recommends that Mr. ****** reach out to the current resident or the local postal service to see if retrieval is possible.

    Regarding Mr. ******* inability to place a new order, Skar Audios system automatically flags multiple failed transactions or disputes for security purposes. This is not a retaliatory action, and Skar Audio sincerely regrets any inconvenience this has caused.

    I made a purchase from Skar audio and the item was never shipped out and did not arrive. So i contacted them several times and they will not reply to any of my questions or requests or give me my money back.

    Skar Audio has responded to Mr. ****** inquiries at every step of the process. After his order was placed, we followed our standard shipping procedures. Unfortunately, due to a delay with the carrier, the shipment did not arrive within the expected timeframe. Once the shipment's pending period expired, Skar Audio promptly filed a claim with the carrier to investigate the issue.
    Following this, Skar Audio issued a full refund as per Mr. ****** request. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and want to assure both Mr. **** and the Better Business Bureau that Skar Audio strives to provide the best possible service to all of our customers.

    I ordered a sound system KIT from Skar audio, had it installed properly and used the product since April without any issue. There is an inline fuse that is supposed to blow if any issues arise and instead the fuse melted. When the fuse melted it melted itself to the wiring harness of my car causing a $2000 repair that cannot be done until March 2025 due to part unavailability. I reached out to skar and they said they cant do anything about it. They said due to the complex setup I have they cant do anything, I legit bought everything in a package to insure everything would work together properly. Had thier fuse properly worked I would not have a car that doesnt run currently. Regardless of all factors, the fuse should have blown to prevent this and they are not willing to do anything to help besides replace the defective part that almost started my vehicle on fire!!!! **** claims they only are responsible for parts they manufacture and sold, this is a part they manufactured and sold that didnt do what its intended to do. I dont even feel comfortable using the product now without fear it could cause damage/fire. I am very disappointed as I tried to use a local business that came suggested to me and they do not stand behind thier product!!!! Now Im stuck paying $400 a month for a vehicle that wont start and requires a $2000 repair that cannot even be done until March 2025

    Regarding the claim of the melted fuse block, *** ********** experienced this issue after 8 months of use. As a courtesy, Skar Audio promptly replaced the fuse block. 

    However, *** ********** later stated that the fuse block caused damage to a wiring harness, which she claims is preventing her vehicle from starting. As a result, *** ********** is requesting that Skar Audio cover the $2,000 repair bill.


    In accordance with the company's policy, Skar Audio is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of its products.

    this company has had a 15% off sale for 2 or more years atleast i shop here often and like it alot but if it consistently says every day that the sale is goinv to end in 24 hours and restarts at the begining of the day thats false advertising to customers who think they need to buy within the the remaining timer to get their discount only to find out theyv been dooped

    I am rejecting this response because:
    During our phone conversation, the representative acknowledged my concern that the so-called "discounted price" felt insincere, as the 15% discount appears to be available year-round. To address this, he offered an additional 10% off on each purchase I made last year, aiming to make me feel adequately compensated.


    "The timer associated with the 15% off sale is designed to indicate that promotions at Skar Audio, including the 15% discount, can change or end at any time. For instance, during major events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Skar Audio has offered higher discounts, such as the 25% off promotion that Mr. ******* recently utilized.     However, mentioning my purchase during the 25% off sale does not accurately reflect my perspective. It seems that the 15% discount is a constant offer, making it feel like I'm only receiving a 10% discount because the 15% sale is perpetually available.

    I orderd a product from Amazon through third party which is Skar audio. The packaged was claimed to have been delivered December 1st they told me to report the issue to my bank but my bank cant help because its not fraud I asked for either the speaker or refund I honestly forgot about the situation and let time slip by I work full time and Im a single dad with 2 kids I was looking over my purchases through Amazon when I realized I never even got a refund or replacement I contacted them again and they just keep saying the same thing over and over I called Amazon and they hanged up on me twice today already Im just really frustrated and need help the name of the item is Skar Audio EVL-10 D2 10" 2000 Watt ********* Dual 2 Ohm

    According to *** records, on December 1, 2023, the package was successfully delivered to the address provided by ******************** during checkout, as confirmed by picture proof of delivery. However, on December 2, 2023, ******************** contacted Skar Audio, stating that the package had not been received.
    In response, Skar Audio acted swiftly and filed a claim with *** on ************************ behalf as a gesture of goodwill. Despite our efforts, *** denied the claim.     I purchased a Skar Audio Dual 12" 5000W Loaded EVL Series Vented Subwoofer Enclosure | EVL-2X12D4 from amazon for the price of $577.99. A week after being professionally installed the system was burnt out and no longer functioning. I contacted **** who told me to take photos of the equipment which I provided. At first they never indicated the product would be returned. The system was disposed of due to almost catching itself on fire. I no longer have the system and **** refuses to further assist me.

In response, Skar Audio promptly informed ************************ that for a refund, she would need to contact Amazon's customer support directly. However, ********************** assured her that if she sought warranty assistance, we would be more than willing to help.
    ************************ then expressed interest in receiving upgraded equipment in lieu of the items purchased from Amazon. Skar Audio proposed exploring the warranty option for her existing items and requested photos of the setup to better assess the issue. Upon receiving the images, Skar Audio provided ************************ with a pre-paid shipping label to send the items in for evaluation under our warranty policy.
    Regrettably, ************************ later informed Skar Audio that all the equipment had been discarded. According to our warranty policy, Skar Audio requires the return of the product(s) seeking replacement. As such, Skar Audio is unable to proceed with replacing the items for ************************.

    I ordered skar audio speakers in November of last year. Last month I removed my speaker from the box to find out why it was sounding off and noticed the metal frame was pulling from the speaker. I've emailed and called Skar audio on numerous occassions regarding this and have had no response from the company at all. I am requesting replacement of the speaker, which is still under warranty.

    I purchased an 18 Skar Audio speaker from Tint World and Tint World closed down after the pandemic started, with a note on their door apologizing to its customers. Once they reopened under new ownership almost a year after that, they told ** customers with warranties on our our purchased, products to contact Skar Audio! I have reached out to Skar multiple times and finally was able to EMAIL a human at Skar because theres no contact number, and they tell me they cant do anything without proof of purchase! I have no clue where to even look for that. Its not my fault the business closed down after Covid-19 hit and it still hasnt been resolved! I will never recommend Skar Audio to anyone! This is the third time now one of my speakers have a coil blown. All have been successfully replaced except this one. I also have emails from when I first tried to contact **** and got no response from them at all.

On 4/29/2023 at 3:06 PM EST, ********************** contacted Skar Audio via email in reference to an issue she was experiencing with a Skar Audio product. Skar Audio responded promptly to ************************** email on 4/29/2023 at 3:51 PM EST, requesting a valid proof of purchase to verify the two-year warranty on the product. ********************** then responded to Skar Audio stating that she had moved and is no longer in possession of the original proof of purchase from her local car audio shop. Skar Audio informed ********************** that without valid proof of purchase, Skar Audio is unable to review or replace items under warranty. From here, *** ********* proceeded to tell ** that she was going to open up a Better Business Bureau complaint. Nevertheless, Skar Audio still assured ********************** that if she located the original proof of purchase, Skar Audio can then validate the two-year warranty and explore options to have the item replaced. Skar Audio appreciates the time of the BBB and ********************** in regard to this matter and the opportunity to address this complaint.
